Pros: Great price and shipping. After physically installing the card, fired up Win7. Found and installed Realtek driver instantly. On the internet within 3 minutes out of the box. Works just fine.

Pros: Cheap that is about it

Cons: Does not work when installed. I checked online seems these cards are notorious for not allowing you to install drivers for them. I tried to install on a Win XP machine, included languages with card says NO drivers needed for XP they are wrong, downloaded 2 different sets of drivers from 2 spots on their site nether worked or recognized by windows. Couldn't even get drivers via Windows Update.

Pros: Just pop'd it into a Gigabyte Mobo (P4) on XP and it just worked! No intervention required.
