5 out of 5 eggsIt's a network card, what more do you want?

Pros: Small card. Sturdy and well made. I plugged this into a PFsense box (a BSD-based router OS) and it was recognized immediately, no drivers needed. Network performance is great, no hiccups.

Cons: Even though this card is about 1U high, it didn't come with a Small Form Factor/Half-Height bracket. Why make a card that compact if you aren't going to give the users something that takes advantage of it? It seems silly but it's a huge missed opportunity, especially since as far as I can tell Rosewill doesn't offer any SFF cards and Newegg doesn't even allow you to search for them. I managed to improvise something for my SFF system, but it's less than ideal.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Upgrade For Old Motherboard

Pros: Was having a constant web loading problem on a 2003 MSI board and could not find an Ethernet driver newer than 2005:running XP Home. With all the very positive reviews, had everything to gain. Made a big difference. Install the drivers first and then install the card: Simple

Cons: Does what it states

Other Thoughts: Will not be the silver bullet for all such problems but it was cheap for all the other trouble shooting that I did before.

3 out of 5 eggsOne good one bad

Pros: Good when works.

Cons: I bought two of these and only one worked. I guess you get what you pay for. I put one in an old Dell 8100 and the computer would not even turn on. I pulled the card out and the computer started right up.

5 out of 5 eggsFlawless

Pros: -works as intended
-practically plug n play with XP and 7
-cheap

Cons: -it doesn't read me bedtime stories

Other Thoughts: Bought a pair of these for my mom for Christmas for use in a media machine I was building her and a desktop. They did what they were meant to do with barely a second mouse click and stream her local HD videos without question.

5 out of 5 eggsFar better than built in LAN

Pros: This LAN adapter works far better than any integrated LAN I have used. Switching to this from my onboard made an immediate imporvement in my online gaming experince and my scores have gone up considerabley. Ping is down across the board and I am able to find more servers with decent ping than I was before.

Cons: For the price none that I can think of.

Other Thoughts: Great LAN adapter for the price especially if you catch it on a sale like I did.
