4 out of 5 eggsGood Card while it lasts.

Pros: Worked well with good speeeds over about 250' and 2 walls with a good antenna on the router.

Cons: Lasted a year before it started loosing signal and dropping the connection.

Other Thoughts: Bought this as a cheap starter card for my first build. I was satisfied with the price for life.

1 out of 5 eggsConflicting

Pros: no pros

Cons: My husband bought this to put in our new computer we built. He built me a computer that was identical to his. The only difference was I had a usb wifi card and we used this one in his. His computer would reset itself and crash and became useless. For the longest time we couldn't figure out what it was. Not sure why, but that network card did not work and was causing the crash. So, I am mainly writing this review in case anyone else comes across an issue with a new built computer and this card. If you have constant crashes and resets and you can't figure it out, try removing the network card. We spent hundreds of dollars trying to figure out the problem and we simply needed to remove that card from the motherboard and get a usb wifi card instead.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,
Please try to seat the card in a different slot and make sure it is seated properly. Then run the add hardware wizard select the driver and apply to OS.
Please contact the Rosewill support team either at 800-575-9885 or Email us at techsupport@rosewill.com so that we may further assist you.

Thank you

1 out of 5 eggsCaused my computer to crash

Pros: None

Cons: Whenever I would connect to the internet, my computer would hard lock on me and had to do a manual restart. I dont know if the card is defective or if my mobo didnt agree with it? Be careful.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks Pretty Good

Pros: -Performs fairly well for its price.
-Easily installs and I like how the antenna can be placed on top of my desk instead of having to be stuck on my tower.
-Get strong connection through three walls (between 4 and 5 bars with a 20Mbs internet connection)
-Plays online games perfectly almost never get any lag.

Cons: -Have had some very jumpy download speeds, occasionally downloads at 500kbs and 3.0Mbs, but could be the fact that it is receiving its connection through three walls.

4 out of 5 eggsIt makes my internet go.

Pros: It allows me to connect to the internet.
The footprint of the antenna base is nice and small, roughly 2 in. diam.
Cheap.

Cons: The RaLink utility/driver is not intuitive. It took me a minute or two to figure it out.

4 out of 5 eggsNice, cheap, easy

Pros: Purchased this inexpensive card to add to a computer that i built for my sister. This card installed with no issues at all. The drivers are solid in Windows 7. Excellent value for the price.

Cons: Not really a con but the signal from the card is very weak without the antenna hooked up and the antenna is a little chintzy. Otherwise no problems at all.

Other Thoughts: Nice add in card. Would not hesitate to purchase again.
