5 out of 5 eggsVery good

Pros: -I use this dongle for my competitive gaming since it has never failed/disconnected me, whereas some other dongles from more famous brands have, excellent connection

Cons: -Windows does not automatically work with it, need to get the driver from rosewill's site, not taking off an egg since this is just me being picky because some other rosewill dongles I own automatically work with Windows
-not n

5 out of 5 eggsGreat.

Pros: Gets good range.
Works OOB for linux builds.
Signal strength.

Cons: the dongle itself is large for plugging it directly into a port.

Other Thoughts: I was concerned that it would drop signal or in other ways be a pain, based off of other reviews here on newegg, however I've had it getting on for a few months now and havent had a single issue with it.
As for its size, I knew it would be a larger dongle going into the purchase (if you would not've other wise have known this, look at the picture...) so i bought a USB extension cable then duct taped the device itself to the underside of my desk. Keeps it out of the way of both my desk space and port space.

5 out of 5 eggsGOOD

Pros: I own 2 for more than one year.
Good wireless dongle.
Used it with IP phone and even Onlive that require good bandwidth and low latency and everything's fine.

Cons: Nothing.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks Perfect

Pros: It does exactly as it should. Works perfectly without having to find windows version specific drivers. It connects to network on bootup quickly and without issues of having to try to reconnect or anything. I have to say this has been very stable.

Cons: I wish it had wireless N capabilities, but I caught it on sale and got it for a good price. I wouldn't pay full price, but that is just because you can get one with N for about the same cost. Otherwise it has been very excellent.

Other Thoughts: Great wireless adapter if you catch on sale for a good price. If not on sale, look for something with wireless N in the same pricerange.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat reception

Pros: This device gets great reception, better than my smart phone's wifi signal. Very easy to install/remove.

Cons: The dongle is a bit wide, which can sometimes block adjecent USB ports when NOT using an extension cable.

1 out of 5 eggsVery poor performance

Pros: No pros that other wireless dongles don't already have.

Cons: -- Big and bulky

-- Speed test shows 4-5Mb/s max even though my service provides 11.Mb/s. I switched the wirless dongle to the EDIMAX EW-7811Un Wireless Nano Adapter and I immediately had 9-10Mb/s. . . . This was a direct side-by-side comparison of the two dongles on the same exact computer, network, etc. . . . The Rosewill failed miserably.

-- The utility software makes matters even worse. When I installed it I only got 1-2Mb/s!!!!

1 out of 5 eggsNot impressed

Pros: It worked...

Cons: It stopped working after a couple of months. I tried it in two different PC's and it could not recognize the adapter.

Other Thoughts: It was cheap so I threw it away and bought another cheap one.

5 out of 5 eggs64-bit Ubuntu Linux Plug & Play

Pros: Works pulg-and-play on 64-bit ubuntu 10.04 and 11.04. With router two rooms away pings show almost never packet losses.

Cons: Big. Probly gonna want to put it on the back of your computer, or on a USB extension.

Other Thoughts: No-hassels ubuntu compatible
