5 out of 5 eggsGreat!

Pros: - Perfect alternative for my Samsung Wifi-Ready Blu-Ray player. Same adapter that Samsung sells for way less $$.
- Plugged it in and haven't touched it in about 6 months; still going.

Cons: None.

3 out of 5 eggsDecent for the price

Pros: It works, efficient. I haven't had any dropped signals. Good buy for the buck.

Cons: You get what you pay for. I have 50/25 Internet connection and I am only getting around 25/15 with this Wireless card, and yes I did test the connection with a CAT cable and got the 50/25. Not getting the fullest potential that I should be based on the spec's but I am not too terribly surprised with wireless.
Doesn't work too well with the new USB 3.0 ports. Stick with 2.0 for full compatability otherwise you will deal with dropped connections and hardware conflicts with USB 3.0

Other Thoughts: If your on a budget, and cannot afford an expensive wireless card, I would go with this; keeping in mind the two points I mentioned on the cons. This is a first time for me to rate a product as three eggs. I wish I could give it more, but it gets one egg off for lack of USB 3.0 support and one egg for not getting the fullest potential of its advertised speeds (and its right next to the router.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: NA

Cons: when it did work it had spotty reception despite the router being ~15 feet away. It was purchased for a HTPC but instead I had to run a cable around the room to my NIC.

I tried it recently out of curiosity and it's dead. Next time I find it it's going in the trash which is too bad.

Other Thoughts: I purchased this about 4 (January 2009) years ago and I decided to just put it on a shelf somewhere because it was sort of worthless. I assumed that I just got a bad one. Now that I think about it I haven't purchased anything else from Rosewill since...

5 out of 5 eggsBest WiFi Dongle I have used

Pros: Great Range
Great Speeds
Plug And Play
Hasn't disrupted connection yet
Solid piece

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I have bought more then 3 of them already for customers and builds, and I personally use one of them on one of my desktops, this thing is great, it delivers, haven't had any problems with it yet. Better then any other internal/external WiFi adapter I used yet..

4 out of 5 eggsWell

Pros: It worked well from the 50ft range and walls I was using it from

Cons: Lasted only a year and a half before it constantly started loosing connection strength with my network.

Other Thoughts: I just wish these things lasted the router I have is 10 years old and still chugging along.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: I installed this for a friend to get wireless capability for his Samsung TV. Samsung wanted $120.00 for it so I did some looking around and found this on Newegg. Works great.

Cons: Super saver shipping is super slow but what do you want for free.

1 out of 5 eggsDOA

Pros: Didnt work.

Cons: Arrived dead. Came with a free usb extender, which I was told by newegg to not return with RMA. When my RMA item reached newegg for replacement, this item was out of stock and newegg charged me for the free item.

Other Thoughts: I think there is QoS issue with both Rosewill (for the item) and Newegg (handling expectations of customers).

5 out of 5 eggsGreat "Samsung" adapter

Pros: Works with my BluRay player, and works well in the computers I've tried it in. Nifty flexy usb extender.

Cons: The nifty flexy usb extender doesn't like my BluRay player, but works fine in my computer. Not worth knocking an egg off.

Good Linux compatibility with a little effort. I am using this on an HTPC connecting to a D-Link DIR-615 wireless router.
