5 out of 5 eggsGreat wireless card for the price

This review is from: Rosewill RNWD-N9003PCE - Dual Band Wireless N900 Adapter - IEEE 802.11a/11b/11g/11n, Up to 450 Mbps (5.0 GHz) + 450 Mbps (2.4 GHz) Data Rates, PCI E Interface, 3 External Detachable Antenna

Pros: Simple installation, Windows 10 automatically installs the drivers for the card, and it runs wonderfully. I use my 100 MBPS down speed from my service provider with a 20 MB up, and when I run speedtests I will always hit 95 t 100% latency accuracy to a LAN line, works FANTASTIC for gaming purposes, especially since my router has that second 5.0 GHz band. the antenna's are sturdy, and it's nice to see a high quality wifi card that doesn't have to sit on top of my computer like a lot of these PCI-E wifi cards' antennas do.

Cons: I have no complaints so far.

Other Thoughts: I already recommended this to friends who have shoddy or unreliable wireless cards, for 30 bucks you can't beat this!

5 out of 5 eggsUnder Linux 15.10

This review is from: Rosewill RNWD-N9003PCE - Dual Band Wireless N900 Adapter - IEEE 802.11a/11b/11g/11n, Up to 450 Mbps (5.0 GHz) + 450 Mbps (2.4 GHz) Data Rates, PCI E Interface, 3 External Detachable Antenna

Pros: Works the first time. Ive been looking for a solution for a system that is in a remote area of my home. I took a chance on this card hoping that it was going to work and Low and Behold, It did.
If your looking for a good solid wifi card that works, Look no further. Linux users,...yes its plug and Play, and from what im seeing in the tests, im getting full speed out of it,..Its quick.

Cons: Still testing but so far, looks good

Other Thoughts: Used under Linux Ubuntu 15.10, soon to be under the new 16.04.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent experience so far

This review is from: Rosewill RNWD-N9003PCE - Dual Band Wireless N900 Adapter - IEEE 802.11a/11b/11g/11n, Up to 450 Mbps (5.0 GHz) + 450 Mbps (2.4 GHz) Data Rates, PCI E Interface, 3 External Detachable Antenna

Pros: Worked out of the box with Windows 10, just put it the PCI E slot, and booted up with an existing internet connection. Recognized it, didn't have to manually install any drivers to make it work.
Speed as advertised, picks up my 5G signal without issue.

Cons: None yet

Other Thoughts: My previous wireless adapter was a Netgear USB adapter, and even with clean install of Windows 10 it frequently needed to be reset or unplugged (after computer went to sleep or even while working). I wanted one more stable at a inexpensive price. This one seems to very nicely fit the bill.

3 out of 5 eggsIt is ok. But bad at certain times

This review is from: Rosewill RNWD-N9003PCE - Dual Band Wireless N900 Adapter - IEEE 802.11a/11b/11g/11n, Up to 450 Mbps (5.0 GHz) + 450 Mbps (2.4 GHz) Data Rates, PCI E Interface, 3 External Detachable Antenna

Pros: Works to the point where you need to basically work on it. Like schoolwork, office work. Not gaming.

Cons: Not meant for gaming. Sorry, it isn't.

Other Thoughts: Get it if you just need it for work.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Product plug and play

This review is from: Rosewill RNWD-N9003PCE - Dual Band Wireless N900 Adapter - IEEE 802.11a/11b/11g/11n, Up to 450 Mbps (5.0 GHz) + 450 Mbps (2.4 GHz) Data Rates, PCI E Interface, 3 External Detachable Antenna

Pros: easy to setup just install and worked right out of the box no hiccups was getting 8 to 10Mbps on my old TP link wireless adapter now with this new Rosewill N9003 pci getting 28 to 37 Mbps with windows 10 no issues installing with win 10

Cons: No Cons For 30 dollars well worth the investment

Other Thoughts: anyone that's having issues with it trying to install on win 10 I don't know why you would it installs the driver's for you !!

5 out of 5 eggsRosewill RNWD-N9003PCE - Dual Band Wireless N900 Adapter

This review is from: Rosewill RNWD-N9003PCE - Dual Band Wireless N900 Adapter - IEEE 802.11a/11b/11g/11n, Up to 450 Mbps (5.0 GHz) + 450 Mbps (2.4 GHz) Data Rates, PCI E Interface, 3 External Detachable Antenna

Pros: Working great three years later.
This really produces speeds faster than most ISP's actually provide.
Price is great.
Range seems great, better than my personal DELL laptop, when installed in my wife's PC.
Little light on the back is not very bright (which I like) and lets you know when it's got power, operation.

Cons: Software is a little annoying. I've found myself reinstalling the software every time that I have to reinstall an OS, get a new hard drive, clean install-- prior to being able to get on the internet. Not sure why I expect anything different, but a lot of times hardware like this will install their own driver's and you can just plug and go. It's a minor nuisance, and I imagine normally this will be a one time install.

Other Thoughts: Been working great for years, and I still use it on a daily basis in my wife's PC

5 out of 5 eggsTHIS THING ROCKS

This review is from: Rosewill RNWD-N9003PCE - Dual Band Wireless N900 Adapter - IEEE 802.11a/11b/11g/11n, Up to 450 Mbps (5.0 GHz) + 450 Mbps (2.4 GHz) Data Rates, PCI E Interface, 3 External Detachable Antenna

Pros: Easy to install.
Comes with driver instillation disk. I don't really use the program it came with (not needed but nice).
Incredible range! The wifi modem in my house is on the main floor. The computer is in the den in the basement on the opposite side of the house. I get 4 out of 5 bars with the 3.5 GHz frequency.

Cons: The placement can be sensitive. A slight bump or move could make the connection go from 4 out of 5 to 1 out of 5 with the 3.5 GHz freq. I've never lost connection and with the 3.5 GHz freq at 1 bar it still has great download speeds.

Other Thoughts: I recommend this to anyone using a wifi connection to PC. Everything works on all frequencies.

2 out of 5 eggsdisappointing performance

This review is from: Rosewill RNWD-N9003PCE - Dual Band Wireless N900 Adapter - IEEE 802.11a/11b/11g/11n, Up to 450 Mbps (5.0 GHz) + 450 Mbps (2.4 GHz) Data Rates, PCI E Interface, 3 External Detachable Antenna

Pros: Looks good sticking out of the back of my computer, and it didn't come to life and kill me in my sleep.

Cons: Rosewill RNWD-N9003PCE - Dual Band Wireless N900 Adapter - Performance is exactly the same as a USB wireless adapter I bought for $7.50. Both adapters gave me a virtually identical 16 to 17 MBs useing Speedtest.net by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test. My Verizon Fios ethernet connection is 58 MBs down and 68 MBs up. My computer is in a different bedroom from the router, about 15 feet away. No major appliances or electronics in the way. Just two normal house walls.

Other Thoughts: I finally ran ethernet through the attic and down the wall. If you buy a wireless adapter, more cost does not equal better performance.

1 out of 5 eggsNo wonder Newegg put it on sale. Rosewill wireless adapter is terrible

This review is from: Rosewill RNWD-N9003PCE - Dual Band Wireless N900 Adapter - IEEE 802.11a/11b/11g/11n, Up to 450 Mbps (5.0 GHz) + 450 Mbps (2.4 GHz) Data Rates, PCI E Interface, 3 External Detachable Antenna

Pros: Seems fast when it works

Cons: Barely works, pretty useless

Other Thoughts: Always drops, can only find my router sometimes when it does drop. My router is behind a wall but one wall and 5m away!

1 out of 5 eggsAvoid at all costs

This review is from: Rosewill RNWD-N9003PCE - Dual Band Wireless N900 Adapter - IEEE 802.11a/11b/11g/11n, Up to 450 Mbps (5.0 GHz) + 450 Mbps (2.4 GHz) Data Rates, PCI E Interface, 3 External Detachable Antenna

Pros: Very easy to install using the disc, nothing out of the ordinary.

Cons: Incredibly low speeds, poor connection strength, and connection constantly drops making it utilizable.

Other Thoughts: I would refund this product ASAP, however, I did not get to test it before I had owned it for over a month, otherwise, it would be right back where it came from. Unfortunately - I wasted $30 of my hard earned cash on a product that does not work, and will be trashed following this review.

PS
While writing this review, my internet disconnected twice.
