- Pros: Fast, great price. I get great signal throughout my place. Belkin Wireless manager is easy to use as well. Easy to install.
- Cons: Bulky, this is one of the larger usb wireless adapters I have seen. Also if you use it without the stand alone mount it seems a bit flimsy and can easily bend the male connector.
- Other Thoughts: For 30 dollars you really cant beat this deal.
Great Wireless Desktop Adapter
- Pros: This works great on both my Vista 32bit computer and my windows 7 64bit PC. No drops while using it with Vista 32. Fast and reliable.
- Cons: Had a few drops on windows 7 64bit, but once i disabled the ability for my USB ports to shut off a device to save power no more drops. Make sure you follow the instructions that came with the adapter, and use the belkin installation CD. Don't hope for windows to plug and play this for you.
- Other Thoughts: Using with Wireless G network, haven't tried it with an N network.
- Pros: The adapter was easy to install and works great to a point.
I also purchased a Belkin Wireless Router Item #N82E16833314033 very easy to install and works like a charm.
- Cons: The only problem I have is with the wireless adapter. After the computer goes to "sleep" it loses connection and the only way to get it back is to reboot. I made 3 phone calls to Belkin Non Support in another country, what a surprise. The last call lasted over hour and I finally had to hang up. Their support is rotten.
I even Faxed their Corp. Office in Compton Ca. No response. If you expect support don't bother with Belkin.
