5 out of 5 eggsWorks Well

Pros: I bought this in 2009, so it's been four years and the dongle is still going strong. I don't use it a ton, but it has still been used off and on with regularity. I never encountered any issues with pairing, reception, or getting the PC to recognize it. The texturized black coating feels nice in the hand and the blue light that turns on when the dongle is in use doesn't blind you. Considering everything else I own with a blue light will sear through the retinas of the unprepared, I appreciate the non-blinding qualities of this item. The plastic it's made of is nothing special. Seems slightly flimsy, but if you're using it as it was intended, this will not be an issue at all.

Cons: Having to use the word "dongle". Or maybe that's a pro. I'm not sure.

4 out of 5 eggsBroke after 3 months... Bought 3 more.

Pros: Works well, has a lot of range, looks pretty cool.

Cons: Lasted 3 months then it got broke. I do not know why it broke, it just did. At $13, It's a cheap piece of dung, what do you expect?

I never turned my printer off and this dongle was pretty much powered on all of the time. So, I figure it was only a matter of time before it broke.

Other Thoughts: I kept this connected to my Canon PIXMA MP620 so that I could print from my laptop without having to set up a wireless network, it worked perfectly while it lasted.

Even thought the first one broke, they're cheap so I bought 3 more. When they break, I guess I'll just plug another one in.

Cons: LED on unit flashes even when PC is off.
