Great for the money!
- Pros: Cant beat this for the money! Easy to install and great range & price!
- Cons: Purchased this with the ENCORE ENLWI-G(2) PCI card. Set both to use the WPA2-PSK security. The computer with the new wireless card will only connect manually. Every time the computer is rebooted, it sees the network, but has to be manually connected. Dont know if this is in the router, or card. Set the security back to WEP, and it stays connected just fine.
Excellent value for the price
- Pros: Can't beat the price. Very easy to set up. I had an issue with the initial set-up, but it was not the router fault, but rather the incompetence of AT&T customer support (my DSL provider). I called TP-LINK tech support and they were very helpful and got my router working in 5 minutes.
- Cons: None thus far
Good Router
- Pros: This is a very good, easy to use, easy to install router. Practically plug-n-play. I had a little issue with the Comcast modem and this router. There is no customer support phone number in the box, but I found it on their website. A quick call and they were able to walk me through tweaking. It works like a charm. Great range, good speed. I highly recommend.
- Cons: Did not set up instantly, but not this product's fault. Comcast (cable co) doesn't play well with others...
