It should fit on it since most, if not all detachable antennas are a standard size. I have had this one attached to a Netgear modem router, a Qwest modem router, Centurylink modem router & a Amped Wireless SR10000 Range extender. Actually does all right for a low priced directional antenna. I have never had a. Rosewill product that was substandard

What exactly does 7.5/10 dbi mean? is that 7.5 dbi for the 2.5ghz channel and 10 dbi for the 5ghz channel?

These refer to relative strength of signal for each of the bands that it operates in. Lower bands produce a more penetrating signal but lose some on sending "in the clear" - i.e., out in the open without an obsturctions. Higher bands produce a signal with more "carry" or signal strength - their range is longer "in the clear" - but they are highly susceptible to signal loss due to obstructions like walls and windows (yes, windows are a serious obstruction since almost all windows made these days have some kind of UV coating on them - a coating made of metallic compounds.)

you will want to replace all or none. All 3 radio/antenna work in conjunction with one another. Think of it like replacing one tire on your car with a larger size. not desirable.
