What comes in the box?

I received my computer in perfect condition, without any problems. I bought a refurbished computer, but no one could see the difference between a new one. Excellent buy!

What year was the MacBook built? I want to make sure I can upgrade it to the latest (Mavericks) OS...thanks!

I believe it's a 2011 model. It upgraded perfectly to Mavericks too. No issues at all. Adobe creative cloud also works perfectly on it.

Does this product have any scratches, dents, keyboard and/or screen damage?

The laptop I received is in perfect shape. Basically brand new. It works flawlessly and hasn't a single scratch.

Does it come in its original box? What exactly would I get if I bought it?

No original box. Just the laptop charger and cord.
You need to make sure of the model you are getting. When we took hours into the local Apple Store for training they told us it was an older model

The spec sheet for the Intel® Core™ i7-2675QM Processor claims that this CPU is a quad-core with Hyper-Threading which equates to eight logical cores.

Can Yosemite be installed on this model?

I gave this computer to my sister, and when we went to upgrade to Yosemite, the hard drive crashed, and I put in a SSD, and upgraded, and it's been fine since!
