The Acer Aspire AS7520-5971 frees you from your desk. The AMD Mobile Athlon 64 X2 powers you through your day at 1.80GHz and there is 1GB of DDR2 memory to back it up. Storage is handled by a 120GB hard drive and a DVD Super Multi drive.
When you aren't backing up files on the DVD burner you can play movies on the 17" CrystalBrite widescreen. The screen is controlled by a GeForce 7000M at a 1440x900 resolution. Once you get back home or to the hotel you can play movies on the TV through the S-Video connection.
Keeping in touch is important; you get support for 802.11b/g wireless communication. When you're at home or at a hotel you can go wired with the Gigabit Ethernet connection. You can also add cellular broadband with a card inserted into the ExpressCard/54 slot.
