The Sony VAIO AR series of notebooks are great for the artist on the go. Powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo running at 2.50GHz with an immense 4GB of RAM it has plenty of juice to keep up you. 400GB of hard drive space is split between two 200GB SATA drives so you can store your works in progress separate from your software for increased seek speed.
