I have an SVE17121, so everything is essentially the same as this one except I have a 17" screen (my goal). I was very surprised when I went to install Win7 (to get rid of the cell-phone Win8 interface) that Sony doesn't supply any drivers for Win7 (or anything else). Looking at the Sony support forum, they also don't seem to supply updated drivers (such as for graphics) for their other machines. Perhaps they should stick with televisions. Doesn't even come with a manual and the downloadable one is a half page of how to turn it on. No DVD of the installed software. Did you find this review helpful? Cons: Any buyer should be aware that Sony does not support anything but Win8 on these machines.
