4 out of 5 eggsI love my new computer!

Pros: Runs all of my games on max settings without problems ( I don't have any current games)

Comes with a free game promo coupon

Nothing is wrong and hopefully nothing bad happens in the future

Cons: Speaker is okay quality, could be better

My internet browser keeps having the message "not responding" frequently. Mostly on my Opera web browser. I guess thats just the program though.

Other Thoughts: My dad bought this computer for me from newegg last week. The delivery was right on time within 5 days. I really love this computer. Have been addicted to it since it arrived.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent for its price. Flexible user spectrum.

Pros: Cost, Speed. A8-3500m is = to a very low end i5 and high end i3. Decent graphics, Starcraft 2 with slight lag (lowist settings) Mass army slows speed abit more then one would like. Diablo 3 (lowist settings) laggy only with others blowing off skills. Saints row the 3rd (lowist settings) rather good, only slight lag from online sync if played online/lan. 3 1/2 Hr Video play back on Power save mode using Vlc (full screan) and built in speakers off battery. External Hdmi that works with no hassles, with or with out lid open (easy 2 time adjusting of resolution for external monitor if lid opened/closed offten, once for open, once for closed. windows remembers rest). nice Fn key combos in easy spots.

Cons: It dose not have a real graphics card, its apart of the cpu. A8-3500m is very underwhelming. 8 gigs max ram is meh as 512Mb is stolen for graphics.
built in microphone is trash. Keyboard brakes and loses keys easy.

Other Thoughts: Xsplit/FME media streaming, its mid grade for games (just alittle under powered) but very good for video/music, would rec a usb capture card for gaming recording of consoles, CAN NOT STREAM STARCRAFT2, anything over fallout:Nv req is a no go and even thats not in great quality if played on the computer at same time as streaming. leaving this in balence mode seems to work the best for every need, I use to leave it in Hi-pro but found the graphics fighting with cpu more then doing what it should (seems to reduce performance). Need to swap to StereoMix for FME to work with game sound, but no microphone after that or no game sound but mic works...

5 out of 5 eggsthey are BA

Pros: obvioulsy AMD... there are only a few A-Series laptop products currently avaiable. these are one of the few. quad core cant go wrong there. plus its an APU so graphics are way better than Intell's HD 2000. i love how it has the num pad too on the keyboard. super fast combined with ssd faster than my p.o.c work dell dual core.

Cons: runs a little hot and drains power in about 5hrs with the 9 cell battery so i guess that is normal for a 9 cell.

Other Thoughts: others say they dont like the keyboard i had no issues with it works fine for me.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Laptop for the Price!!!

Pros: Fast Processor, AMD A8 Quad Core, It is not quite like the i5 but it will suffice all of your needs!
The Graphics Card is Radeon HD 6620G, It outclasses all the Intel HD Graphics Prcessors
Great For Light Gaming, HD Video and all of your needs!

Cons: Nothing that I could think of!. I got what I paid for and more!

Other Thoughts: Great laptop for the price! It is not your High End laptop but for the price, it definitely prove its rank!

4 out of 5 eggsDiablo3 friendly!

Pros: Runs my remote tech support software flawlessly, better than my office desktop. Runs Diablo3 on high with no lag or slow downs no counting server lag. Some lag when doing multiplayer with 2+ people in hell - inferno. Cant really ask for more gaming power for the price. If a dedicated card laptop doesnt meet your budgetary needs go for AMD APU's they are a good bang for the buck.

Cons: Upgraded the memory to the max. The gpu runs off the memory so would have been better with more memory support.

Other Thoughts: A+++ bought for a business system surprised that it can run most PC games on low to high for a fraction of the price of gaming laptops.

5 out of 5 eggsGood little laptop

Pros: Works well, plays Diablo 3 without issue. For the money it's a nice little gaming laptop. Light, cools well and seems sturdy. Number pad was a big plus for me.

Cons: Wish power cord was in the back instead of side. Also wish some of the USB connectors were in the back instead. USB is 2.0. Bios options very limited.

Other Thoughts: For the money this is a great gaming laptop, mid level graphics that should have no problem playing most new games. Happy I purchased.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Stuff

Pros: -Price
-Not a crazy amount of bloatware/crapware
-Pre-installed backup software is nice
-Screen looks very crisp
-Runs Skyrim at about 30 fps on medium/high
-Runs Diablo 3 at about 32 fps on high (shadows=medium)

Cons: -4GB memory (I installed 8GB memory Newegg #N82E16820231472)
Nothing else

Other Thoughts: I'm sure the memory helped to make this computer the beast that it is now. Buy the memory to go with it, I'm sure it will be worth it in the end

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Laptop

Pros: This is a great laptop. For the amount of money it cost it's also a great deal. I highly recommend it. Personally, I really like just about everything this laptop has to offer. It's fast, runs cool and quiet, has a great full-keyboard, and excellent battery life (4+hours). Right out of the box, without adding any ram or anything it's a great machine that's well worth your money.

Cons: So far no real cons. If I were to nitpick about anything I might mention that the keyboard layout seems prone to getting little bits of stuff stuck in it, but this can be avoided as long as you take care of the thing! All in all, no cons yet.

Other Thoughts: Go for it. You will not be disappointed.

4 out of 5 eggsUpdate

Pros: Got a working dual-boot figured out. Just had to remove the EFI directory from the Ubuntu installer to make it boot in BIOS emulation. I am now a happy camper.

Cons: Keyboard still sucks, but you can't ask for everything at this price range. It'd be nice to have an option in the system setup to force BIOS-mode boot instead of just auto-detecting EFI partitions and rolling with it.

5 out of 5 eggsImpressive

Pros: -Cheap
-Fast
-Runs cool
-Thin
-Great battery life

Cons: -Case feels cheapish, but hey- it is.

Other Thoughts: Very impressive for the price. The A-8 chipset in this guy is pretty beasty, runs l4d2 flawlessly.
Used some of the money I saved buying this guy and ordered 8 gigs of ram to put in it. brought Win7 performance benchmark on memory from 5.9 to 7.3. Easily done and totally worth it.

Its not going to blow many things away, but for $480 its a steal.

Totally worth it for $35-40
