Is this a touch screen?

I have not opened the box yet, as it is a Christmas present for my wife, but I am sure that all the reviews I read said that it is NOT a touchscreen, which is one of the reasons I bought it.

(I plan to replace the mechanical hard-drive with a solid-state drive, which will speed up the computer quite a bit, and do a clean install of Windows 7. I have not heard good things about trying to use Win 8 without a touch screen.)

Does this come with MS Office 2010 Starter?

Sorry,  I'm unable to answer definitely.  I had the hard drive replaced with a different and never saw what was on it.

I attempted to remove mine but I was not able to. It seemed to require more force then I was willing to test out with.

Do not know if the item will be restocked - I am just a customer. It does not have a touchscreen - added classic shell (download - free) and the start menu looks like win7 so we don't need the touchscreen.
