ASUS X55C-XH31 Notebook Intel Core i3 2328M(2.20GHz) 15.6" 4GB Memory 320GB HDD 5400rpm DVD±R/RW Intel HD Graphics 3000

Pros: dual core with hyperthreading is very nice and quick. the click pad is awsome and that makes this product win 8 ready. the overall look, feel and weight is nice.

Cons: loaded with bloatware, out of the box 77 running processes.
although some of it might be nice, free cloud backup and ulock the pc with facial recognition.

Other Thoughts: the first one i got was doa, but newegg did a great job in getting it back to me fast. they emailed me a shipping label and i had it out that day and back in less then 10 days. i am very happy with the turn around.

Pros: Looks nice and has a numberpad.

Cons: dead on arrival. sees the harddrive in the bios, but wont boot the os, no bootable drive found. Scratch above the computer and it looked like the battery was put in the pc, had some scratches were the battery was. i wonder if someone bought it and wiped it, but it was sold as new...

Other Thoughts: i guess i get to deal with rma, i hope new egg will take care of this and i dont have to go through asus. newegg support says they open at 5:30am when you call they say 7:30, update the site please.
