I'm in the US and got the standard US keyboard.  I have bought a lot of computers over the years and it never occurred to me that it might come any other way.

I guess since I'm not the mfgr, I don't know how to ensure such a specification from the supplier, but I think you can have confidence that it will be right.  Otherwise, make sure there is a good return policy.

Helped a friend get it and played with it, so not sure if it is 32 or 64 bit or what version of BT. Did notice the jacks and ports. HDMI out and VGA as well. For the price, and touchscreen, worth it if you arent looking for a specialty device

The one I got my friend came with Windows 8 and I upgraded to 8.1 free of charge. I don't know how much longer 8.1 will be free, or if they will in fact charge for it. All i know is I got it free for them last week on the laptop
