Can i use Microsoft 365 on the Laptop Tablet while I am at different venues? Such as doing some of my excel work during down time but not in the office.

If by "Microsoft 365" you mean MS Office 365, I don't see why not.  It will run standard 32-bit x86 software, this is not a Windows "RT" tablet.  Office 365 is a locally installed program as far as I'm aware.  If you mean the Office Web access software, that would require you to have internet access somehow (either wifi or via a cellular hotspot of some sort).

The keyboard is a bit cramped though.  I am 6'4" and have decent sized hands. I can still type on it, but I wouldn't want to put out a multi-page essay on it.

Is there a sim card slot?

There is no SIM card slot on this model. There is a Micro-SD card slot. The only wireless data capabilities of this device is integrated WiFi and Bluetooth.

What about the camera?  Does it have front and back?  Pic quality?

Front facing camera only, centered above the screen (the android version of this netbook has both). Quality is comparable to a standard laptop or netbook.

Does this laptop include a version of Microsoft Office?

When I got mine, Office 365 was installed, but there was no active subscription, so I would have to buy my own.

How does this product charge?  Is it via microUSB using the included charging cable?

Yes, it's the included microUSB port.  It will draw up to 2A at 5V according to the adapter.  No idea if it can draw higher than this though.

The USB port is also capable of being used as a normal USB host port - you'd want a "USB On the Go (OTG)" adapter which will plug into the microUSB "B" port and provide a standard USB "A" host port.  This allows you to plug stuff into the tablet without the keyboard dock, but you then lose the ability to charge.

I actually prefer how Acer handled this on their older but similar tablet, it had a dedicated charge port.

Does this product sold by Newegg come with Microsoft Office Home & Student 2013 included, as stated on the manufacturer's linked page?

I do not think so.  I was looking at the refurbished ones a couple of weeks ago and the conclusion was that you only get the code for the Microsoft Office software on new products.  Based on that information I did not purchase the refurbished model.
