At this price, why still only 1920X1080 resolution?  Is this typo?  It should be at least 2K if not 4K.

Not sure if you are taking a good look at everything else included in the specifications, but this machine is over the top powerful. Plenty enough punch for its price point. The screen is 1920x1080 and also has a 75hrz refresh rate, which gives games an extra level of smoothness, especially with gsync. I'd take a 75hrz monitor with gsync over standard 2k any day. Games look almost surreal, especially Overwatch.

Question 2

Are the speakers cracking / Muffled at all volumes or just high volume?

So it depends on your definition of muffled. This was a hard point of contention as to me they sound perfectly fine even at high volume. However I can also see how people would call it muffled. Chances are you are like myself and will be wearing a headset while gaming anyway. That being said I had no issue watching some netflix on this beast while I waited for a game to download from Steam.

I purchased this laptop a week ago and satisfied with high performance. But when I turn on laptop today black screen showed up and nothing I can do for this. I don't want to do this experience with $2500 dollars laptop. Is there a way I can fix it now or replace with new one?
