Does the case have a back strap to attach to luggage?

No it does not have a specific strap for attaching to luggage, although I believe you could use the shoulder strap.

i put the laptop which is 15.6'' laptop into the gold part where according to the pictures I am supposed to put it. But it is difficult to get the laptop out. What do I do?

Hello, I purchased the exact same product, you need to be sure and unzip all the way and open the bag fully, then gently slide your laptop in and out by gently gripping the hinged areas. I din not have any problems at all. I hope this helps, feel free to ask if u have anymore questions!
