Pros: Out of all the other Laptop coolers it has the biggest fan or equal as to others.

Its CFM is one of the Largest compared to the others fans.
(CFM is the air flow it pushes)
Has a Fan control speed to adjust if you want it to be quite.
There may be better Laptop cooler out there, but my information I have gather is all compared to Neweggs Laptop Coolers they are selling.
Point is its the best you can buy for the price (29.99) sale then 10$ rebate.

Cons: The Blue LED seems pointless you can see it only if you're in the dark and under your laptop; however, it can be turned off and on with a button

The power it produces does have a louder noise; HOWEVER, it can be reduce by controlling the fan speed, also note that its not even loud in my opinion. This is a gaming laptop cooler, mouse click, typing, music is louder then this fan.

Other Thoughts: Reason of purchase: Player D3 SC2 LoL my CPU reaches a temperature of 90-100 Degrees Celsius (Max on my laptop is 110, then auto shutdown)
After this purchase and intense gaming forcing my CPU to work harder my CPU now is 78-86 Degrees Celsius which is great!. I use a I-5 2.3 Ghz Laptop with no video card playing at 60 FPS... Using Low setting on all game Not Lowest setting, Just Low.

Pros: I bought this to replace my, at the time, deceased cooling pad as my laptop was getting uncomfortably hot while gaming. It seems to do its job quite well, even squeezing in a couple of extra degrees of cooling compared to my last cooling pad.

Also, much to my surprise, the cool air that's blowing out the front, designed to keep your palms from getting sweaty is surprisingly useful.

Cons: None that I have found.

Other Thoughts: Unfortunately, this cooling had hasn't seen much use recently as I have built a strong desktop (i7-3770k, Radeon 7970 GHz Edition, 16GB RAM) two weeks after I bough this thing, but I'll update the review if I run into any issues.

Pros: this cooler works great for my inspiron laptop. my laptop was prone to overheating when just sitting idle but with this cooling pad, the internal fan VERY rarely turns on to cool. i love it. it has a extra usb port to take the place of the one that you lose when you plug it in to your computer. i love the adjustable fans and how you can turn the fans and LED lights on an off with seperate switches.

Cons: the can be a bit noisy if your sitting in a extremely quiet place. but its not bad enough to me to make a difference.

Pros: Fan does its job. Keeps my laptop from burning up when playing video games. The power wheel knob is very awesome (turns the fan's power higher or lower). I think it's a perfect size. The look of it is very cool and complements my setup well. Blue LED, if you like that sort of thing.

Cons: The USB that came with it is very short. Your laptop needs to have a usb port on the left side if you want to be able to power the laptop cooling pad.

Other Thoughts: Very nice laptop cooling pad. Everything I need for my new laptop while gaming. Plus it just looks so nice!

Pros: I bought this because my Asus N82JV (about the equivalent of the Alienware M11x R2) has been running very hot for the past year. What this did to my gaming experience is that I would get a decent frame rate in the beginning, but then the heat would overwhelm the system and my frame rate would plummet.

To give and example, I just started The Old Republic and I have been playing with the lowest graphic settings possible. Without the cooler: I would start out with 25fps, dropping to 15fps after 10 mins, then single digits after 20 mins. With the cooler: I would start out with 25fps and it remains consistent with occasional lows of 15fps.

But here's the most noticeable aspect: I can actually touch the side of my laptop without getting burned. In fact, the load temperature of my casing is about the same as my idle temperature.

Cons: I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase!

Other Thoughts: I bought this for $29.99 with a $10 mail-in rebate. I have yet to receive the rebate, but it is already worth every penny.

Pros: Keeps cool, looks awesome, overall QUIET!!

The siwtches for the lights and fan is nice, and also the speed controller is nice.

Pros: great cooling pad. works exceptionally well with out draining battery life. great look! will buy one for friends as gift!

Cons: when using the pad on lap, the fan can rub the inside of case. needs a little more re-enforcement to protect fan, but on flat surface, runs fine.

Pros: Great angle.
Right size.
Looks good.
LED light is a bonus.
Reasonably quiet.

Cons: I have found there is a little bit of shaking when the fan is on max.

Pros: Great angle, makes prolonged use of my laptop much more comfortable.

Light weight and sturdy.

Cons: After 7-8 months of light use, and a small bit of travel, the fan buzzes rather loudly. Sadly this has made me stop using the fan completely unless my laptop is under extreme load and I really need the extra cooling.

Other Thoughts: I was super happy with this for a few months after my purchase. However now I kind of wish I had got something else. Until the buzzing started to occur it was perfect.
