2 out of 5 eggsBeware 17"

Pros: Lots of nice pockets to carry things, sleek look.

Cons: Doesn't fit my 17.3" MSI laptop. I know it is over the limit, but only by .3" so I figured it wouldn't be that big of a deal. Unfortunately, I don't see how this thing could fit it even if it was smaller. It would have to be at MOST 16", which when the product arrived is what it says on the tags. Therefore, there is a mismatch in the newegg product title, and the product itself.

tl;dr - FITS ONLY 16", not 17"

Other Thoughts: Walkman pocket is funny. I figured they would get with the times and get a ipad/data phone styled pocket instead.

4 out of 5 eggsNot bad..not great either

Pros: Lots of room, fits my 15.6" Lenovo just fine, plus plenty of room for my heaseat, mouse, power adapter, even my external hard drive if I wanted to. Has some nice side pockets for adapters, water bottles, some extra gear. Pretty comfortable even when fully packed.

Cons: I really don't like the main zipper on this backpack. It only opens to like 2/3 to the bottom of the backpack, making it a bit difficult to really stuff things into the bag. Also the bag touts having a 'Protective backing' for your laptop. Definitely not. The back is so thin, there is basically nothing protecting your laptop from what you're setting it down on. Be gentle when setting this bag down.

Other Thoughts: I got this free when I purchased my Lenovo Laptop a few weeks ago. Let's just say I'm glad I got it for free..because I definately would not have paid $100 for this.

4 out of 5 eggsComfortable and convenient

Pros: It fits my 14" Asus great, along with mouse, power cable, and a few small notebook sized books. Great side pockets for access cards, phones, accessories. Very comfortable actually. Not weather proof but not a complete sieve either. I didnt buy it for trekking up mountains so its not a con.

Cons: Zipper design may be.. Its a back pack, really there isnt much they could screw up easily. I like it and it was cost efficient.

Other Thoughts: I use it to be my primary carrier for my work laptop/phone/accessories as I have to walk a ways to get to work and it is head over heels better than using a shoulder sling carrying case. My back thanks me.

1 out of 5 eggsNot what I was looking for at all

Pros: It would work like a regular backpack very well, and is quite stylish.

Cons: It does not secure a laptop very tightly at all. I carry my laptop to and from school daily so I need something that will both secure and pad it. This backpack does neither. The padding is thin at best, and paper thin at the bottom, meaning you have to very gently put it down if you want to avoid damaging your laptop. I'll be exchanging this for something more secure.

Other Thoughts: Summary: IF you need a backpack, this sure looks cool, but if you want to protect your laptop, this is not for you.

5 out of 5 eggs! year old, Still perfect!

Pros: I have had this bag in Black and reflective Silver for over a year now. It daily carries an Acer Laptop and power adapter, mini umbrella in the side pocket, Lan cable in other side pocket, Ipod and does it all comfortably slung over one shoulder. Sometimes I carry an IBM Thinkpad WITH all of the above, and heavy? Yes. But still within the comfy zone.

Cons: None in a year. Zipper was a little "Sticky" in places, but a little powdered graphite used only once when new fixed that. (Not uncommon on many zippers)

Other Thoughts: Top handle greatly convenient for getting in and out of car. Thin profile belies the fact that it is carrying Laptop. Very comfy on the back and just looks great!

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Bag!!

Pros: Great Bag! Strong, Durable, and Comfortable. Enough pockets to hold my 15.4 in laptop, portable hard drive, multiple jump drives, 2 College text books, and much more room to spare!

Cons: Wish it opened up a little more to fit my laptop easier..

Other Thoughts: Great bag and a great buy! No dissapointments here

5 out of 5 eggsquality product

Pros: This back pack seems to be very high quality. I have used it for semester of school now and it is still all in one piece, and looks brand new. The straps have a very comfortable weight distribution on the shoulders. The laptop keeps your back warm in the winter too! :)

Cons: It can't carry a whole lot but that isn't really what this back pack is for.

5 out of 5 eggsVery Good

Pros: It is a backpack which makes it easier to carry by distributing the weight to both shoulders and not just one. Seems like good quality as I have abused it and it is still in one piece. I have taken on several trips and it is still in excellent shape. Many many storage places.

Cons: The zipper is a little odd in some places when it is completely full - but all you have to do is be a little careful and all is well.

Other Thoughts: HP DV5000z CTO, power supply, 3 softback books, CD's, many trinkets, mp3 player and all its accessories and many more can fit in this great pack.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat product

Pros: Fits my Gateway M-285E TabletPC very well, spacious. Doesn't feel like I have to squeeze it in like others I've tried.
Convenient, one zipper to access laptop and papers/books. I'm a student so I'm using it every day for school and it's very light weight. Just enough padding on the straps to be comfortable yet feels light compared to others with too much padding that it feels bulky. Has enough pockets to hold everything I had in my normal backpack and more. Surprising amount of room yet low profile when wearing it. Can't guess you have a laptop in there which is great.

Cons: MP3 pocket may be a little small for some but not bad. I can fit mp3 player, glasses, sunglasses well.

The mp3 pocket should have two zippers instead of one, but maybe I'm still getting used to it.

Other Thoughts: Overall excellent value, very pleased with product and surprised about how much it will hold. The pictures made it seem like it might be cramped but not the case at all. Would definitely recommend. Lifetime warranty gives peace of mind.
