Pros: High quality metal frame, strong and sturdy, protects the fans from external problems unlike some other coolers, Secondary USB port so as if it doesn't actually take up a slot.
Cons: In short: USB ports broke easily making it useless
Details: Within 2 months a USB slot became very loose. I thought it might have been my fault giving the benefit of the doubt trying to justify my purchase. With in a week the second slot became very flimsy. I knew it wasn't my fault any longer as this has never happened to me with any device before.
Other Thoughts: I felt very disappointed. I chose this based on the number of reviews even though the price was a bit higher figuring a good cooler is worth the investment. I even read EVERY bad review to see if they had valid points or if they were just attacking it.
As of when I purchased this no review I read brought up this issue so I am going to give the benefit of the doubt again and hopefully the company who made it will help.

Pros: Quiet, durable, looks cool, feels solid, works very well, extra usb.
Cons: Back 1/3 of surface doesnt have the air holes, where my laptop really needs the cooling (where the battery is). Still cools much better than my old plastic one, by at least 5 degrees.
