The aluminum heatsink offers affordable heat dissipation for AMD Athlon 64 CPUs up to 3700+ and Sempron 3500+ or faster. The 80mm fan pulls heat up away from the heatsink's fins and pushes it out towards your case's other cooling fans to give you effective cooling at a low cost.

The heatsink clips quickly and easily into place and connects to your motherboard's standard 3-pin fan connector for power.

I upgraded from Sempron 3400+ to Athlon 64 3700+ Clawhammer just to keep my aging socket 754 PC alive from the landfill for extra one or two years. So i bought this CoolerMaster thing for amazing price of 5.99 + 5.99 shipping. It installed easily, it came with already pre-applied thermal compound and its cooling my cpu wonderfully, Core temp is 40 C when idle, and 60 C under Full load. Trust me, thermal paste is very good, and saves you the hassle of applying it yourself. Cons: No cons, for the price you can't ask more. It provided adequate cooling, i wish the fan could be faster though. Other Thoughts: If you have socket 754 mobo and wan't to upgrade to a faster cpu this a great solution. Cools well enough that at idle and with a 70' room temp the fan will cut off. Very good for the money.
