Your going to have to change the back bracket that comes with the new heat sink can't use the old one

is this good enough to overclock?

I didn't think so and I ran the CPU at stock speeds. I was rather disappointed but it could be the die attach for the CPU was not good. I went with a Cooler Master 212 Hyper and even that may not be good enough for overclocking but it keeps the CPU around 60 C when running stress tests.

Will this fit the new LGA1151 socket? (not to be confused with 1150, 1155, or 1156) (Intel "Skylake" processor)

Yes all the 115X mounting slot are the same you can use it over again if needed.

Hello, I have an Apevia X-HERMES Case (has a huge fan on side-panel). Would this fan fit in this case?

It shows to be around 4 inches square, but there should be many better alternatives that would fit and have a much lower noise ratio.
