Question 1

I'm using a P5K Deluxe motherboard. I'm unsure if this will fit onto my Intel Core 2 QUAD CPU. Will I regret buying this due to size constraints?

I Have bought 3 of this Cooler and I Love it but for your info I am using one on a AMD 8350 at 4.01 MHz and my Tmp is around 34c to 49c I thank that is not bad. I think that you will be OK But DO NOT OVER CLOCK !!

Question 2

I have a Thermaltake Lanbox and I am curious if this is shorter than 100mm since that is all the clearance I have. And if it is will it clear most most ram modules?

I had to Buy a new Motherboard.
The cheapest good one is a P-35 made by Gigabyte.

You'll have to buy ram for it....like 1066 mhz.

Question 3

even though I have a I7 4790 I am using an Asus Z97-A it has an 1150 LGA socket the socket size is not listed here as a compatible size but it does say I7 core  so would this work on my MB or not?

Question 4

What's the distance from the motherboard to the bottom of the fins?  I.e. How much room for memory sticks?

Low profile RAM should work. I'd say you have about 15mm clearance between the motherboard and the fan. You could just run one fan in pull at which point the cooler shouldn't interfere with your RAM slots at all.
