5 out of 5 eggsGood Fan

Pros: Fan runs great but not completely silent, it has a very low hum. The information does not mention it but these fans run at 1700-1800 RPM so you get a good airflow. The flexy pins are actually realy cool cause they are easy to lock into place. The pin idea is definately different but I see the pros to it.

Cons: Has a low hum but nothing overly annoying.

Other Thoughts: Ultra quite is what I was looking for. This seemed to be the fan that had a decent amount of airflow for silence.

5 out of 5 eggsAWESOME fan!

Pros: Nice color, TOTALLY silent. Seriously. It comes with a little wire you can put on to lower the voltage and run the fan slower; I put it on, no sound at all. I took it off, no sound at all. All this and it moves a great amount of air.

Cons: The silicone pegs it came with were a bit flimsy. One of them broke while trying to install the fan to my case. However, when I replaced the broken one with a regular screw, it didn't matter because the fan still made no sound. No loss of egg because the fan trumps the pegs.

Other Thoughts: Lovely color, but if you aren't a fan of bright fans (lol) the blue may bother you.

5 out of 5 eggsNo real complaints

Pros: Great cooling, exceptional price

Cons: Although these fans have a low DB rating, the quiet humming noise at their maximum 1800 RPM can be annoying, but it is expected with any air cooled systems.

Other Thoughts: The silicon grommets are really neat, but I've found that they are extremely difficult to work with, with some case fan bracketry. They do provide a very cool environment, keeping my overclocked (3.6Ghz from 2.6Ghz) Quad Core at a very cool 40 degrees celcius under moderate load. Highest is 51 at 100% load. Zalman makes fantastic cooling products.

4 out of 5 eggsGot 4 without problems

Pros: Very nice bright blue LEDs that all match exactly (on all 4 fans). Runs very quiet on all but full speed, even then all 4 are quieter than my CPU cooler (Rosewill Z5).

Cons: Air flow could be better... even at full speed it seems like 4 of them should push more air. Honestly though I was going for quiet over air flow.

Other Thoughts: Have them all plugged in to my Zalman MFC1+ and it REALLY helps the volume/brightness. Just crank them when gaming and slow down when not.

5 out of 5 eggsVery nice case fan!

Pros: This blue-LED fan makes an excellent case fan (intake or exhaust). It's not too loud, even at 1800 rpm. At 1000 rpm it is virtually silent. It can be used for CPU and VGA cooling, but I like to use a faster rpm fan for CPU overclocking like the Thermaltake blue-LED 2800 rpm fan. I used the green-led fan on a Silverstone TJ10B case resulting in excellent case ventilation! The Zalman ZM-F3BL makes an excellent case fan.

Cons: No problems.

Other Thoughts: I wish they would make a faster LED fan that goes up to 3500 rpm. If they did, it would probably have a louder motor. Even if you don't use a windowed-case, these LED fans exude a hazy glow on the case ports. Zalman has a very quiet yet strong air-flow case fan. They are still a high priority on my shopping list.

5 out of 5 eggsKeeps my CPU cool.

Pros: Attached this to my Scythe Ninja Heat Sink (which is actually designed for Athlon 64 use) on my Pentium 4 SKT 478 chip and this thing never goes above 110 Degrees Fahrenheit even at 100% load. Fairly queit too, my gpu fan is actually louder than this.

Cons: Doesn't do my dishes.

Other Thoughts: Intel D865GLC-L, Intel P4 2.8GHz 533FSB SKT478,Scythe Ninja Heat Sink with 120mm Fan, 3Gig ram, Diamond Radeon 9550 with 256MB AGP, 80Gig Seagate SATA with 8MB, Lite-On SATA DVD Writer, Gateway Pinta Desktop Mid-Tower Case with 80mm exaust fan

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: VERY quiet. Moves a decent amount of air. The LEDs aren't too obtrusive. The silicone mounts are a nice touch.

Cons: With the resistor installed (for 'silent' mode), my mobo can't read the RPMs of the fan. Not a big deal, but thought it was worth mentioning.

Other Thoughts: Mobo is question is a Shuttle AN35N-Ultra.

5 out of 5 eggs2nd Review

Pros: Cooled my Temps in my case and even my CPU Temps by 5C. Very Silent and is very easily controlled with a Fan Controller

Cons: No motherboard Support.

Other Thoughts: Did a 1st review on this fan, but that was without a fan controller.
I'm using the Zalman MFC1 Plus

3 out of 5 eggsKinda Upset

Pros: Very nice and bright LED's, Very silent.

Cons: Now, i wish Zalman could have stated that this Fan doesnt support Mobo Connections, or at least the motherboard i have. Apparently, since this is a "Silent" fan, they dont let you control the fan speed of this fan. Unless i can find another way to control it, im keeping the rating at a 3.

Other Thoughts: Newegg = awesome, came to my house day after i ordered.
