Pros: This thing is very good at keeping the processor cool. there are plenty of plates to disperse the heat and lots of heat pipes to carry that heat.
Cons: Kind of hard to fit had to take out the PSU to screw it in
Other Thoughts: Very nice, a little bit of hassle with the space issue

Pros: I've had this cooler for sometime now, and it's still keeping my Phenom II x3 720 BE O.C'd to 3.8ghz cooled to about 30c idle, and 40c at load.
The wiring on the fan controller burned up a little from faulty soldering, so the fan wouldn't even spin anymore. Didn't realize it until I looked over at the case and saw the blue led's on the fan weren't lit up anymore. So I checked the CPU temp, (was under load at the time) was pushing 43c, which is an acceptable temp considering the O.C. and no fan.
Cons: Don't have any, Zalman customer support/honoring their warranty is simply awesome.
Other Thoughts: Contacted Zalman for some replacement parts for the fan controller, took them a couple days to respond, but this is the response I got...

Good cooler

Pros: Great cooling Works great for overclocking
Cons: This cooler is huge, it barely fits in my full tower case. I had to remove two of the 4 fans in my case door to get it to fit. The bracket that holds the cooler on my AM3 motherboard will only allow you to mount it either pointing toward the top or bottom of the case with on an AM3 motherboard. Also the bracket does not mount the cooler on to the CPU very tight, it wiggled after I got it on.
Other Thoughts: Using this cooler I was able to overclock my AMD Phenom X4 955 to 3.6GHz and still be stable. I probably could have gone higher had the cooler sat tighter to the CPU.

Pros: This thing is silent as it gets, and is very well build. The install was a snap this was my best experience installing a air cooler ever.
Cons: It is sooooo large in size, and on my AM3 motherboard since it can not be rotated around you are stuck having it suck air from the Ram direction; therefore, while in this position it blocks off 2 out of 4 ram solts. Not a big deal to me, but this was a tad bit annoying.
Other Thoughts: I will be removing this and placing it in my secondary unit with a LGA775 CPU, so I will be able to position it that it wont block my ram slots no more.
