Pros: I can't hear it at all, it moves a decent amount of air. I didn't have a rear case fan before, and it dropped all the internal temperatures (CPU, video card etc.) by 10° C. when under heavy load.

Cons: None, does exactly what it claims to do.

Other Thoughts: The cable is plenty long enough. comes with a 4 pin adapter if you don't have a spot for it on your Motherboard. Installed easy. I am very pleased with it.

Pros: Breathes new life (literally) into an older refurbed PC. Fan is quiet enough, and have had no problems with it thus far.

Cons: A bit pricy...$5 would be a much better value.

Pros: The price.

Cons: Did not make the temperatures fall and the noise is terrible. My computer was quite before I installed this fan.

Other Thoughts: I am trying to find a way to drop the fan speed to fix the noise.
