1 out of 5 eggsFail in vertical orientation

Pros: They worked for a month or so. Quiet. Inexpensive

Cons: I had two of these mounted at the front of my case to bring air in. After a month in a vertically-mounted position, they started to make a loud "screech" sound. I tested each independently, and each made the same sound. Replaced them with better quality fans. Now I'm happy.

2 out of 5 eggsBad screws

Pros: Fan works as described.

Cons: The screws are short and not long enough to go into the actual fan as the design intends. I went to Home Depot and got replacement screws.

1 out of 5 eggsBearing noisy in less than 6 months

Pros: Relatively cheap

Cons: noisy

Other Thoughts: I bought two fans at the same time - one is holding out, the other started getting noisy within a few months. Not recommended -- spend a few more dollars on a better fan.

4 out of 5 eggsnot bad for case fan

Pros: quite so quite. feels solid. both connection options. purchased this for a front intake to cool my drives. works I'm getting 5-10° cooler when running virtual machines.

Cons: I feel it moving air and it's quite. wish it moved more air though

3 out of 5 eggsCheap Fan

Pros: I bought several of these fans at once, so I got them pretty cheap. They're very quiet which is the main reason I bought them. They also move an adequate amount of air. Nothing that drastically lowered case temps but it makes a difference none the less.

Cons: Right off the bat one of the fans three pin headers didn't work so I was not able to connect it to my mobo which was my original intent. Whatever no big deal I just moved it elsewhere in my case and used the molex connector. About a month later I have another fan that the three pin connector stops working on. I hope this is isn't a continued trend.

Other Thoughts: Very quiet and pretty cheap, but I would avoid if you plan to use anything other than the molex connectors for power.

4 out of 5 eggsQuiet, but cheaply built

Pros: I purchased two of these fans to supplement 100cfm fans in my case. They are virtually silent except for when I first installed one of the fans it was producing a light clicking noise. This stopped after a few hours. I assume this was a bit of plastic hitting the fins from the plastic molding process.

Cons: Cheaply built. The fans themselves feel somewhat fimsy, but what do you expect for ~$5 a fan for 2 of them.

Other Thoughts: These were a nice addition to my case to supplement my much louder 100cfm fans.

4 out of 5 eggsGood silent case fans

Pros: They work. They are fans. Not much can go wrong.

Cons: I didn't get that fancy discount when you buy more then one. Otherwise would rate 5 stars because I bought 4 of them.

5 out of 5 eggs3 years later

Pros: Bought 6 of these over 3 years ago and they have been running ever since. No failures and they are all still very quiet. The value is looking better and better with age.

Cons: The 4-pin molex connectors are a pain, as the pins usually just push out rather than make the connection, requires some meddling with a tool to press them into place.

5 out of 5 eggsReliable quiet

Pros: I got one of these from newegg 2.5 years ago and it's been quietly trucking along every since then. No problems.

Cons: Note the RPM---this is a silent fan, use a different one if you need max airflow.

5 out of 5 eggsProduct As Advertised

Pros: Quiet, 12 inch 3 pin cable length, molex connector cable about 14 inches.

Cons: Air flow a little lower than expected, but it does push some air. Makes a slight "rattling" when you hear it up close, but nothing overwhelming.

Other Thoughts: Medium cable length, so make sure that the cable specs meet your needs.
