Pros: Using the fan as an exhaust for the top of my case and even though it's hanging a bit due to the fan grill the case has, it doesn't make noise from the vibrations.
Cons: Can't really find anything that bothers me about the fan.
Other Thoughts: Nice improvement over the stock fan and it looks nice in my opinion.

Fast and Quiet

Pros: These keep my CPU cool. With a zalman fanmate 2, I can crank them up for heavy overclocking, and dial them back when I want quiet. They're the quietest fans I've used.
Cons: not absolutely 100% quiet. A bit pricey.
Other Thoughts: Not PWM fans, so you won't be controlling the speeds through a 4-pin PWM mobo fan header. There's a plethora of fan controller solutions. If you want quiet all the time, never need a hurricane, and don't want to mess with a fan controller, get the D1225C12B3AP-13 1150 RPM version instead, plug it in, and forget it.

Best Airflow/db 120mm

Pros: I replaced an Arctic Cooling 1500RPM exhaust fan with one of these, just because I needed a lower case temperature. This fan really did the trick for me, I got at least 2 degrees centigrade lower case temperature, and with no noticeable increase in sound level. It's very quiet for this RPM speed, and has terrific airflow. My MB reads 1744RPM.
Cons: None that I can think of.
Other Thoughts: The Fan's worth the additional cost. As another reviewer stated, it's got some weight to it. At today's commodity prices higher weight=higher cost.
