5 out of 5 eggsWorks well for me

Pros: - Much easier installation than I had expected due to some of the more negative reviews.

- No memory overhang

Cons: -None

Other Thoughts: -The lowest settings with my PWM CPU connector ran in the 1600RPM range and was too loud for my HTPC. I moved it to the 3-pin CPU2 connector and cranked it back to around 1100RPM. This made it nice and quiet and keeps my lower wattage G1620 about as cool as at the higher speeds the PWM provided.

-Pay attention to the fin alignment in relation to the 1155 latch as show in the installation guide. One review site I visited had done it wrong.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome bang for the buck!

Pros: You're not going to beat this HSF for the price. If you aren't going to overclock and simply want a fan better than the stock, you should consider this fan.

Cons: A little hard to install. It also may not fit all motherboards. It fit my Mini-ITX H77N-wifi just fine. Also, be sure to look at the directions as far as how to install the mounts. It is possible to easily install them incorrectly. If you do, the heatsink won't even touch the processor!!!

Other Thoughts: If you follow the installation instructions, installation is easy. You don't have to remove the fan to install. Cooler and quieter than stock on my i7 3770. I prefer the installation of this fan over Intel's crazy stock method.

1 out of 5 eggsdifficult to install

Pros: Cheap

Cons: I tried installing the mounting bracket to my supermicro c2sbx motherboard(Intel LGA775). It has been difficult to push the pins into the motherboard to secure the bracket. I have yet to install it because of this difficulty and I'll be buying a different heatsink now.

1 out of 5 eggsWorst CPU cooler ever made!

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The fan was broke upon arrival. I tried to repair that with super glue but that failed. I had to fab another fan I had onto the heat sink. Then the heat sink would not make contact with the cpu. I had to take grinder to the mounting points to get it to make contact.
The finish on the heat sink was that of 80 grit sand paper, absolutely terrible!

Other Thoughts: If you like the idea of spending 4 hours re-fabricating this heat sink to make it work then by all means buy it!

5 out of 5 eggsReally good with M-itx mobos

Pros: This is probably the biggest fan (92mm) you can put in an itx build. Like the previous person said, it does not interfere with the ram slots or the PCI-e slot.

My i5 3470 is around 34-37 idle. And about 45-57 under full load.

Cons: The fan has to be removed prior to installation, so you can have access to the screws. But taking the fan off the heatsink was difficult!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat fit on mini-itx

Pros: Fit perfectly on my Gigabyte GA-H77N-WIFI. Doesn't interfere with the PCI-X slot or RAM. Idles my Intel Core i5-3330 at 30 C. Quiet fan!

Cons: Little confused by the illustrated instructions. It could use a little more explanation.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Budget Stock Replacement

Pros: 30C idle 45C load on a Core i3. Set the fan target to 1200 RPM and the mechanical drives in the system are the loudest thing in there now. Whisper quiet next to the 3000 RPM wind turbine of a stock fan.

Very easy to install compared to a bulky backplated overclocking cooler. Would recommend for any system that isn't going to overclock.

Cons: Find something to cover your thumb with when pushing in the pins on the mounting bracket, hurt like hell to get them in otherwise.

Other Thoughts: Take off the fan before mounting the heatsink so it's easy to screw it onto the bracket.

5 out of 5 eggsBetter than stock

Pros: Easy to install
Better temps than stock.
Arctic Quality

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: You get what you pay for with arctic. This runs better than a stock cooler, would like to see a copper core.
