5 out of 5 eggsStill going.

Pros: I had a Geforce 9600 low profile card that died in my fathers pc due to smoke and dust debris. I have replaced his fan and going on 7 months now no issues with bearing noise and temperature was cooler then stock by 8c.

Cons: None that I could tell you.

Other Thoughts: I never used the plastic covers! they seemed tacky and would reduce airflow.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat little cooler

Pros: Bought this to replace the failing fan on my GeForce2 Ultra (yup, I'm a retro man). Had to use the freezer trick to get the old heatsink off, but after that, installation was a breeze.

This cooler is visually appealing, and goes nicely with my GF2's blue PCB. Cooling performance is overkill for my level of hardware - I'd trust this product to cool a much hotter GPU. The fan is quiet enough that I can't hear it over the sound of my CPU fan.

Cons: I'm taking one egg off for the 3-pin fan connector. Those things are a pain if you want to connect directly to the card. I ended up cutting off the 3-pin and soldering on the 2-pin from the old fan. They could have saved me a lot of time and hassle by just including a 3 to 2 pin adapter.

Other Thoughts: Nice cooler overall. Would recommend for older hardware that came with noisy or inadequate cooling solutions.

5 out of 5 eggsAn excellent replacement.

Pros: Well, to begin, this product works as intended, making a good replacement for a failed fan on a BFG GeForce 9500 GT. The package included extra brackets to give the heatsink more compatibility, which I used. Installation was quick and painless, taking less than five minutes from the time I removed the case's side door to the moment I had reinstalled the graphics card. The copper heatsink itself has a good weight to it and feels like a quality product one might expect to receive for a higher price. None of the heatsink's fins arrived bent, which pleases me, and the fan is nearly silent; I can only hear it if I press my ear against the side of the case and concentrate on it. Temperatures are also lower than before, idling in the 40s.

Cons: This also comes with some heatsinks for the memory (may not be a con to some) which were too large for my graphics card. This doesn't really matter all that much though, because the 9500 GT is hardly a "hot" card.

Other Thoughts: This makes a good replacement, but I would not consider this to be an upgrade. If you don't need it, then you probably shouldn't waste your time and money with it.

5 out of 5 eggsHD4870

Pros: Looks like a good cooler for a low end video card... which I think that its meant for...

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: The guy who tried to put this little thing on a HD4870 made me laugh alot the other night... A tech level of 5 and trying to install a low end cooling on a high end card... He was about a 1 LB short on the copper.... good thing it didnt fit or im sure he would be selling it on e bay for 10 bucks not working... haha

4 out of 5 eggsworks fine

Pros: This is the second one I am buying. The first one is still working fine in my other computer (~3 yrs now), and this one is working fine also (~6 mo.).

That being said, I don't really tax my graphicss card... I am not a gamer.

Cons: I use Radeo cards, and for both I had to drill a hole on the metals extentions brackets they provide for mounting.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat fan

Pros: Great fan, nice and quiet, 8/10 on that. Cools well.

Cons: Would be nice if it had a greater range of size adjustment to fit more vid cards. Also an external speed control would be nice.

Other Thoughts: I used this on an Ati FirePro v3900, I had to drill a hole in the little extender that is included to make it fit, but I knew it would need some modding before I bought it. Works like a charm now.

5 out of 5 eggsAffordable and COOL

Pros: I got this for my HD 6450, on my second PC. With the stock cooler that Gigabyte place on this chip, it was idling at 41 C and 53 C under load; I also added an extra cooler (The Rocket V from Evercool) to it. Without the extra cooling it would be higher temps of course.

Now with Titan's I could overclock the GPU, and now, is idling at 35C and 45C under load.

It also comes with a blue led... now my case looks cool haha.

Cons: No cons really, for the price, this is very good.

Other Thoughts: It comes with 4 fan protectors or grills, whatever you wanna call them; memory heatsinks for your graphics card, a thermal paste.... What else do you want for the price?

I hope this lasts... =)

4 out of 5 eggsExcellent for upgrading from passive cooling

Pros: Nice for thin cards. Can't fit a regular cooler on your older card? This will probably do you the best out of the smaller coolers. It's the only one I've found that's all copper and also has nice thin fins on it. Most of the competition just has solid "finger" style fins. Adjustable fan speeds is also a plus for something so cheap. Can't hear it AT ALL. My card now runs full load at the same temperature it used to idle at (55°C). Ya and it's still low-profile. Best thing you could ever do for a card with a passive heatsink.

Cons: Whaddya know, the company apparently discontinued the mounting brackets they show on their homepage without telling anybody. It comes with 2 smaller mounting brackets for 65mm-spaced holes, or also fits 59.7mm(I think is the other standard might be wrong). Anyway it didn't fit mine, had to drill a hole in one of the mounting brackets to fit properly. I can tell you those brackets are pretty strong though cuz it broke my drill bit.

Other Thoughts: Take the stupid lid off. It will run a little bit cooler. And don't go crazy overclocking with it, I'm pretty sure this is more just a product for extending the life of your card by helping it run cooler.
