2 out of 5 eggsSo much noise, so little air (movement)

Pros: They work.

Cons: They move so little air overall that they pretty much have to run at full speed full time. For perspective, my failing grinding CoolMaster fans these were to replace made the same amount of noise but still moved more air than the Rosewill fans brand new.

Other Thoughts: If you have a lot of case fans, the controller for these is not very convenient since it appears that each controller card slot will only handle one fan at a time. I did not realize that this item came expecting you to consume a slot for the fan controller. I hope this helps someone else not get caught.

5 out of 5 eggsfantastic

Pros: works great, i have 9 of these in my case and all work perfectly! nice led's. highly recommend! nice braided wire.

Cons: none really. i have 9 of these in my case. 4 of which are setup for push-pull on 240rad. great airflow. yes of course they are slightly loud at full speed, thats because they move a good amount of air. i havn't even tried the included controler, as i have them all hooked to my 6 channel sunbeam(some are on splitters)

Other Thoughts: i took the time to lube all of these fans with machine oil and it made no difference. this tells me that these awesome 2 ball bearing fans are lubed very well at the factory. when i do another personal/friend/family build, i will absolutely buy more of these. also my sunbeam fan controler has blue l.e.d. knobs that match the fans. rosewill lightning psu matches, msi 780 lightning matches. my g-skill trident x ram blue led fan has a slightly darker almost purple color. just f.y.i. and yes my pc looks like a glowing light show.

4 out of 5 eggsStandard fan

Pros: Nothing really special about this fan, it was easy to install on the back of my case. See other thoughts though.

Cons: Doesn't really push as much air as I would like it to and the fan control that came with it is kind of pointless. I didn't even bother installing it as I will always run this fan on high anyway.

Other Thoughts: The fan control that came with this seems pointless to me, so I skipped this in the install. Plugged it directly into my motherboard and it worked. Had to knock one egg off because of this waste and the slight lack of air that it pushes. This isn't really a newegg problem though, it is the product.

2 out of 5 eggsNot worth the money spent

Pros: looks good

Cons: fan controller uses the old style 12 volt box pin connectors. DO NOT EVEN HAVE THEM ON THIS SYSTEM. How can a fan manufacture really justify keeping the old IDE power blocks.
Second issue, cannot use fan without controller, 3 pin connecter from fan is only 12 inches so would have to buy adaptors to lenthan fan wire or covert from IDE power connector to FEMALE SATA connecttor

Other Thoughts: Rosewell, you need to update your power connectors, you can's say it will cost more to do that since to convert from sata to IDE power connecter is expensive and not very avalible.

2 out of 5 eggsjust ok

Pros: Low cost 120mm fan
moves air

Cons: Makes a HORRID noise at low and high levels

Other Thoughts: it's a cheap fan so that's ok. but the noise it makes is unaccepatable. i sit about 3 inches away form my computer and that noise is so loud and annoying. i would suggest spending more and buying a better fan that doesn't have an annoying whine. i had this initially cooling my harddrives and it did a very good job. there was a 20c degree difference when the fan was off an on so it does great cooling. i wouldn't recommend, only if your enclosure has maybe padded foams or your sitting on the other side of the room. but if you sit right on top of your computer like i do. i would not recommend buying this fan.

5 out of 5 eggsGood solid fan for a low cost

Pros: -High air flow
-Bright LEDs
-Fan Controller (And you might need it)
-Braided cable

Cons: -Noise level at max settings

Other Thoughts: This is a good fan, solid, nice construction, nice and bright LEDs and I do mean they are fairly bright. Moves a decent amount of air flow, and the cable itself is braided, nice touch there.

The only complaint I have about this fan is that on the highest setting, the fan does seem to have a little bit of a whine to it. Nothing really annoying or anything but you do notice it being there.

I was relying on my computer to control the fan, sadly it did not and I have not investigated as to why yet. What I did do though was put on the in line fan controller and turned the fan down a touch. Still got the same glow and good air flow with the noise.

When I need more airflow and better cooling, guess I will just turn it up.

4 out of 5 eggsNice fan

Pros: This fan pushes a decent amount of air, for decent noise levels. its not ridiculously loud. also the light blue it puts of is very nice, 4 make my case glow! I was skeptical about this purchase because of the low price but in the end i am very happy. These fans replaced my R4 sickleflow fans that were total junk.

Cons: none so far, will post if something occurs

Other Thoughts: I have all of my fans running at 1200rpm with my AeroCool Touch 1000 and they still blow a nice amount of air while almost silent... almost lol

5 out of 5 eggsTerrific Bargain

Pros: I don't think you could go wrong with this fan due to its price, the controller it comes with and the max CFM it's capable of. If I'm ever in need of another case fan, I'll definitely be buying one of these again.

Cons: The only con I could think of is that the older model of this fan, the RFA-120-BL had a Rosewill sticker on the rotor face which I liked a bit better.

Other Thoughts: I'm not sure why some need to state in the Cons section that it's not a quiet fan. It clearly states the decibels between min and max RPM and I don't see the words 'silent' or 'quiet' in the title or specifications...

4 out of 5 eggsWhy do I HEAR you?

Pros: Great looks, easy installation ( the variable control module also ).

Cons: Advertised as " silent " these fans are anything BUT, upon firing up my system there was a pronounced whine which carried over at all speeds after 15 days I have gotten used to it and perhaps it has lessened a bit, but not much.
