3 out of 5 eggsQuality but LOUD

Pros: Nicely packaged
Moves lots of Air
Bright Blue LEDs (If you're into that kinda thing)
Can be powered by PWM motherboard or Molex power

Cons: O M G, this thing is LOUD!!!
It's not so much the decibels but the whining sound it makes on full
The only way I can tolerate it is to connect the manual expansion slot based speed adjuster and dial it all the way down as slow as it will go.

Other Thoughts: This is used as a front intake fan in a micro ATX case mounted on a wall at chest level. This houses my i3 based Unix router along side a 24 port switch, DSL modem and Wireless AC access point. I am in a room with 2 other rack servers and my workstation and this fan can be heard above all of that on high.

If you are looking for SILENT, look elsewhere

4 out of 5 eggsGood fan

Pros: Fan moves a lot of air. Includes a mini fan controller to lower the fan speed which lowers the noise.

Cons: very loud

Other Thoughts: Nicely packaged. Rosewill makes good stuff

4 out of 5 eggsBright powerful bit of noise

Pros: Great light, and performance. Good fan to have. Made it my display fan.

Cons: I have only one, I wouldn't buy more, because it makes the most noise out of the 9 I do have.

5 out of 5 eggsGood fans

Pros: Lights look great, and they are fairly quiet at full speed considering how much air they move.

Cons: The fan controller that comes in the box can only support one fan at a time, so if you aren't planning on using the controller, the fans only have the 3-pin connector and no molex, so make sure your motherboard has enough connectors or you'll have to get some kind of adapter to plug them into the power supply.

Other Thoughts: Great fans for the price, and the lights look cool inside my case

3 out of 5 eggsLoud!

Pros: Pushes some serious air if that's what you need.

Cons: Boy is this fan loud! I am surprised honestly that it is advertised as an "Silent Fan" with how audible it is. Frankly, the stock fans that came with my HAF 912 case are much, much quieter than this fan is. It comes with a speed controller and I have to turn it all the way down in order to tolerate its incessant noise.

Other Thoughts: 3 eggs simple because the LEDs look great and it pushes a lot of air.

5 out of 5 eggsIt's a fan

Pros: Blue LED
Silent at lower speeds

Cons: Fairly loud at higher speeds, but I couldn't care. It's probably quieter than other fans at that speed.

Other Thoughts: Using on a Hyper 212 EVO, and this looks really nice.

5 out of 5 eggsIt's what I expected :)

Pros: Nice LED lights light up what it needs to light up, it's in a large sized room and when lights are off, it doesn't beam outside the case, probably depends on the case too but this one has a big glass view so I think it averages out, or shows more than a normal case.

Cons: 1. I thought the little nozzle would've had more range as to the light itself, or maybe have a separate control, basically the more RPM, the brighter. Would have liked to be able to make the light really low or really bright, but it's NOT A BIG CON.

2. I don't have a drill, so getting those little nails into the plastic can be a tough chore, it's odd though, on some holes it'd be easier than other. But that doesn't change the 5 eggs I have given it, you just need a cool drill to make your life better probably :)

Other Thoughts: This is my first case fan other than the default case's fan, but from all the other reviews I've seen, it's doing a good job.
