It's rare to find a cooling system that's conformable to your unique requirements, but the Rosewill RCX-Z5-Ultra includes two adjustable fans and fins to direct airflow where your system needs it most. Four embedded heat pipes take any remaining heat to the outside, where it can't harm your delicate components. A radially-arrayed set of fins, surrounding the pipes, ensures any heat remaining in the moving air is sent away.
A solid mounting system ensures you can secure your cooling array to your system, and aim the air where you need it without unseating anything else in your case. This is a spectacular assembly both in looks and efficiency, ready to keep your system in the hottest situations. Keep cool with Rosewill’s RCX-Z5-Ultra!

Pros: This heatsink and fan(s) work really nice on my Intel 2.13 GHz Conroe. I haven't seen the CPU temperature jump above 30 degrees centigrade.
Cons: The only potential problem I see with this assembly is the little blades. They are delicate little creatures and deserve special attention when you install the h/s + fan assembly. If you're not careful you could bend one loose or break one.
Other Thoughts: Other than the potential problem mentioned in the con's I listed, this is a great assembly. The fact that it is coated in nickel doesn't seem to make a significant difference in how it performs. With a proper case and this assembly anyone can have a great rig.

Pros: i really wanted to give this thing a good review....so i will!
good for a replacement. will make your case look pretty. dual fans. not too big but i advise that people think about this if they have anything under a full tower. you'll need space that's for sure. it does the job and it does it just fine.
Cons: there are several things people need to think about before they buy this. this design isn't perfect. i bought it because i wanted something to make my case look nice. i didn't really think about cooling. as long as it does the job of my stock intel fansink (which it does) i'm happy. the fins do bend easily which also means you can bend them back in place! go figure right? and it really isn't that big a deal as long as the fins don't touch each other. you have to be careful with this baby. if you really want ultimate cooling i suggest people go get one that is made for your exact socket. i noticed a lot of amd users are doing most of the complaining. screwing in your socket connector...seems a little shady...think about it before you complain. it doesn't say anywhere in the specs or the box you will get ultimate cooling. you shouldn't expect it really unless it says otherwise. in my case this works great. not so much better than my stock cooler but that isn't why i bought it.
Other Thoughts: other reviewers might stray you away from buying this. if you have an amd board you probably shouldn't buy it. if you have a case w/o a top vent i wouldn't risk it either. with an antec 900/1200 case you can still mount this vertically and still get good exit path for hot air. genius right? this thing blows one way. look at the fans fins people they don't blow opposite of each other. if this cooler blows into your psu guess what? that fan more than likely also blows outside of your case. you can't lose really if you know what you are doing. most of you should know by now, front fans blow in the case and fans in the back should all blow out. study this buy and your setup real good before you decide to give this thing a bad review. because really if you decide to give this thing a bad review it just goes to show how much you really pay attention to your build. and really if you have a hard time installing this in your case i really don't know what to say this thing was a snap, literally

if it does no better than stock, you are wasting money
Cons: Please don't pick on other reviewers who have made legitimate attempts to make this product work better.

Pros: In regards to the vertical mounting the user below stated... well if you look closely at the images (or if you actually have it like me), there are 2 separate base plates with a square cut out and 4 screw holes, one for AMD Sockets(939, AM2, AM2+, and AM3) and the other for Intel Sockets. If you look at the bottom of the actual heatsink you will see a corresponding raised square and 4 screw holes. This allows mounting of EITHER mounting bracket in ANY of the cardinal directions, allowing airflow to be sent up, down, to the back, or the front. AND either vertical or horizontal mounting.
Cons: I have none for this, because this cooler is actually one of my favorites =)
Other Thoughts: Please look carefully at instructions and pictures before buying. It's also good to note that there are 3 separate parts to this heatsink. The center none moving piece in the middle that is attached to the base by 2 heatpipes, and 2 outer 'pods' that can move like an arm with a fan on both. The 2 outer 'pods' can be angled by swiveling like your elbow to direct airflow on ram or other components, or can be secured in place using little clips at the top.
For anyone looking for an extremely versatile heatsink that actually cools exceptionally well, this is a great choice.

Pros: -looks so badaass if you have an open case -bling -light
Cons: -do not attempt to overclock or dont buy if your thinking of it -dont cool as well as you would think. (athlon 6000+ x2 30 celsius witch is up 2c from 28c) (atlhlon 620 x4 32 c was unable to overclock at all ) -no copper
Other Thoughts: like i said a stock heatsink works just as well but dont look all cool or have lights. i couldn't imagine using this for a Pentium 4 or one of the hotter or overclocked processors it would probably explode!
