Can i use the 3 pin connector with this to have 2 fans? I already have another 3 pin fan.

It's not clear what you're asking. If you are powering two fans from a single connection then you need to make sure the connection is capable of providing the necessary continuous current. So if two 12V fans were powered through a single 4-pin power molex connector, then yes you could safely do that; if you are trying to power two fans off a single 3 pin header on the motherboard, than that's probably not a good idea.

Question 2

Can this fan be used without the LP4 Adapter? Will it still be able to run in full speed? I will be modifying this fan into a two pin connector for my raid enclosure as a fan replacement.

On the specs you can see that the power connector requires either 3 or 4 pins. The third wire gives the motherboard the ability to see how fast it's spinning, and the fourth wire allows the fan speed to be controlled.

If you only have/use two wires, then your fan, if it works, which it probably will, will be running at full speed all the time.

I don't know why you would want to do that, other than your motherboard is so old it only has two pin connectors.
