If you are asking this, I strongly suspect that this is not the right heatsink for you.  Is this a Dell server motherboard?  If so you will probably need to contact Dell and find out what heatsink they recommend.

Will this work on a Xeon E5-2407 v2  LGA1356 chip? I have seen conflicting information online, and Intel no longer has any information on their website about this model. Some resources online say this is for a LGA1366, some say it will work for both the 1356 and 1366?

Currently I cannot find a fan to fit this Motherboard.

Johnnie C, I do not believe this product will work for your motherboard. If this is the correct model of your motherboard, then the CPU socket you need is "Socket B2" or "LGA 1356": Intel® Server Board S2400SC2 This product is LGA 1366 and is not the same. Personally, Socket B2 is one I've never heard of, but a quick search on Newegg for "Socket B2" or "LGA 1356" results in a single product available that should be compatible. However, reading the reviews while typing this message, it appears Joseph T. has already tried to use it on the same board as your original question.
