Pros: Moves a boatload of air

Cons: Fan controller is a must if using in a home/consumer setup

Other Thoughts: Do not plug this into your motherboard without checking the specs for the maximum amperes your fan header supports.

Delta, as in, sounds like a jet

4 out of 5 eggsExcellent, but loud!

Pros: -Moves a ton of air
-Very sturdy
-No LEDs

Cons: -Loud, very very loud
-Does not variable speed well
-No LEDs

Other Thoughts: This fan has both the power, and the noise output of a vacuum cleaner. No joke, if you have 3-4 of these things, it will sound exactly like a vacuum cleaner. The noise will bleed through doors and walls. I didn't listen to the reviews that said these things were REALLY LOUD, please, if you do not know what loud fans sound like, be cautious of this buy.

DO NOT BUY IF:
-you have people in neighboring rooms
-you do not have a fan controller
-you don't have noise canceling headphones or very powerful speakers or the ability to insulate the noise the fans make.

I had these on a controller, and it worked well for bench-marking, but the noise level makes these unusable for everyday applications. I am replacing them with variable fans with 110 CFM max output.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Moves a ton of air. Does what I bought it for.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I use a GTX 670 for CUDA stuff and it was reaching temps of up to 74°C when under load for several hours. This fan alone brought that down to around 62°C on average. The noise level listed for this fan is 56.4 dBA, which is pretty loud. It's not as loud as a plane taking off, but it makes it considerably difficult to hear other things going on in the room, even listening to audio through headphones. I plugged it into a Sunbeam PL-RS-3 Rheosmart 3 and it does a good job of toning the noise down when I don't need the fan running full blast.

5 out of 5 eggsRock the DELTA

Pros: Do you want your gaming rig to sound as good as it runs? Like a power plant!
Are you a fan of muscle cars?
Buy these Delta fans. Hook then up to your Mobo or Fan controller. attach them to your water cooler evaporators. Adjust speed to heat output. Let them do what they do best, rock out some high pressure air.

I have had these for about a month and they are doing fine. Had them run for 10 mins at 4200RPM, and no issues. They run at average at 2700-3200 rpm for 2-8 hrs per day without issues.

Cons: Not a con really. Just a pointer. Delta does not explain that the extra power cables are not necessarily needed, but they have them attached nonetheless. They are not needed for my Mobo or fan controller. It's a single prong yellow power line. but it will only use 100% power and Mobo and or fan controller will not recognize the fan to control fan speed. So, fan will run at 100% only if this line is used. Remove and only use 3 prong connections.

Other Thoughts: Great beefy fans. if you have testosterone coursing through your veins you will enjoy these fans immensely.....I'm enjoying these fans a little too much. But, I’m starting to calm down now. :-)

1 out of 5 eggsHigh dollar DOA high speed fan

Pros: No pro's about it. 30.00 plus shipping for ONE fan to have shipped DOA.

Cons: DOA out of the box. Needed for a custom job only to show up DOA. 30 bucks for a fan and I hoped it would have been tested before being shipped. Packaging was perfect. I give this a F -

Other Thoughts: Paid shipping to me, and now paying shipping back. Total loss. I own a computer store, sad to say I have been paying tons of money in lost time and return shipping cost. When I purchase the more expensive part I would assume better quality. First purchase with this manufacture, wont be back.

Pros: Airflow is amazing. I have this sitting inside my tuniq tower cooling an i5-2500k. I have this hooked up to a fan controller (which i recommend) and only put it on 100% when im bench-testing .

Cons: Loud? but i knew this before i bought it.

Other Thoughts: If you buy this, try and hold it in your hand before you install this fan, its a fighter

1 out of 5 eggsToo loud... Don't buy

Pros: Blows 150 CFM

Cons: Too loud, even when throttled back by my mobo's automatic fan control. Really harsh loud high-pitched sound, even when running slowly. This is a 4k RPM fan so running slowly it is still about 2K RPM. Loudness comes from the design- the fan has small spinning blades that go super fast and a series of stationary vanes that they whosh by. Looks like a little jet turbine setup.

Other Thoughts: Wife vetoed my whole PC when it had one of these fans in it.
