Looks cool, easy to remove fan blade assy for cleaning. Cons: blade-pass noise, mediocre airflow, 3pin. Slight imbalance. This fan is not PWM, it has only 3 pins (power, ground, speed signal for mobo). I have yet to find a PWM 80mm case fan! Other Thoughts: First off, this is an 80mm fan which means it needs to spin really fast to make decent airflow. Really fast means really noisy. This fan is none of those things. It spins ~1700rpm, making very little noise in the process, but also not moving a lot of air. "Silence" naming is appropriate. It's not noisy per se, but does have a couple unpleasant characteristics. The fan arrived with a slight imbalance. Because it does not include rubber mounts, this imbalance can resonate thru the case. I recommend investing in rubber mounts. Also, the fan creates some blade-pass noise. You can't hear the airflow, but you dear hear a faint whine as the blades whirr past the support arms or the punched aluminum OD of the fan. It's generally not noticeable but if in a quiet room, with other quiet components it might bother you. see my review of N82E16835103025 to help decide which characteristics you can live with.
