5 out of 5 eggsSuper Silent

Pros: SILENT SILENT SILENT. I have to put my hand over the fan to see if it is running because i hear nothing. I'm using 2 of them for top fans on my Corsair Carbide 500R midtower.

Cons: They can't mix me a Captain Coke and I still have a beer belly.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: I've used these puppies for years in multiple rigs. They've held up great and do what they're supposed to.

Cons: They may be tad loud for some, but it has never been an issue for me.

Other Thoughts: I got this set on sale for $7.99 and that is a steal!

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing

Pros: - Efficient; Quiet
- they're black and thus can fit with most case design
- IMPRESSIVE quality/price ratio
- I also bought a COUGAR CF-V12HPB Vortex Hydro-Dynamic-Bearing (300,000 Hours 12CM Silent Cooling): in the context of my chassis, not only does the Xigmatek perform as well, they're also much more silent at max speed, even at a horizontal position (a position where sleeve bearings can become noisy, read "other thoughts")!
- I'm very surprised by the quality, especially given their price!

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: They work well with fan controllers : I use a rheostat (finer adjustment than a 5-7-12V. switch), and they don't make weird noises at any voltage (Of course within a bracket like 3V. to 11V via regulators, just to make sure not to "burn" anything)

I don't know if "fluid circulative bearings" is actually a type of sleeve bearing, since the life span is advertised at 30,000 hrs (most fluid dynamic bearing - FDB - fans are above 150,000 hrs, many are around 300K hrs).

30,000 hrs means that:
- If the PC is always on (fans continuously running), they would last for 3.4 years;
- If the PC is "on" 8 hrs/day, 6 days/week, 50 weeks/year, they would last for 12 years (!)...

However, switching mode puts a strain on all devices and in the end reduces their service life: the service life of fans only applies to continuous operation, which makes the above calculation an "assumption" more than anything else...

Conclusion : at this price tag, their low noise levels at max speed and their overall quality superior to standard sleeve bearing, they're a "no-brainer", go get them!

5 out of 5 eggsCheap and It works.

Pros: Cheap - $14 (Bought mine for $10)

They work - used one in my computer with a cooler master hyper T4 and another 2 as part a jury-rigged way to replace a broken condenser fan in the fridge, been working since labor day 2014 continuously. Can't really hear them over the fridge.

Decent construction, actually feel pretty solid, not too flashy and gets the job done.

Cons: None really, especially for the price.

5 out of 5 eggsI'm a fan :D

Pros: -Good Airflow
-Cheap (Price)
-Insanely Quiet

Cons: -None so far

Other Thoughts: I knew these fans were supposed to be quiet, but wow. Hooked them straight up to 12v to test them out at full speed, and you can barely hear them when you're right next to them. These are great 3-pin fans.
