5 out of 5 eggsWhat? What? ... I Can't Hear You!

Pros: Blows Like Hell Mega CFM and only draws @ .6 amps (Advertised at .8 amps).

PWM, 120mm and ONLY 25mm Thick High CFM Fan (Server Fans are usually 38mm thick)

Cons: Sounds Like a Jet Engine... You probably don't want this in your every day Desktop.

At full bore this thing is loud... And being a ball bearing fan it's none to quiet at low speed either.

Other Thoughts: Bought this for a radiator fan in a liquid cooled computer for heavy Graphics Processing... It pushes enough air on it's own to have replaced 2 fans on the radiator and it draws enough air that we could dispense with the front chassis fan... One fan has cooled the system down by over 15%.

Only Problem is it's REALLY LOUD!

5 out of 5 eggsCools great, and keeps running forever

Pros: Been running 2 years now, yeah it makes some noise, but that just makes me feel like its doing something instead of just wasting power. 2 of these would cool anything.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsBEAST!

Pros: Okay so us in the profession know these fans well we pull them off of old dell xps's and dell home computers "delta screamers" this is what dell used to use as a stock cpu cooler! in the 90's-today. ive pulled so many of these fans off of junk computers.Recently i had a friend give me an old xps with a P4 in it. okay when xps released the p4 and dell made the dimension xps gen 3 its was a 3700$ rig that was 9 years ago so this fan was obviously around 9 years old well i blew the computer down which had 5 years worth of smoke dust hair! the mobo was shot but this fan STILL rocks im now sporting 4 of them on an H-100 in push pull got my FX6-6100 to 5ghz!

Cons: They whine so get a fan controller thats made for high draw fans cheap fan controllers may cause a bunch of heat and fail over time.

5 out of 5 eggsit blows, in a good way

Pros: I'm blown away. I used this 113cfm monstrosity to replace the piddling 50 cfm on a good day, utterly inadequate fan, From my previous cpu cooler. Now my temps stay below 50 under full load on my 8350 oc'ed to 4510mhz. Even crazier the fan actually cools the case when its running at full blast. If you want to replace your cpu cooler fan, this is the fan to get.

Cons: It can be noisy, not terribly, 44db sounds about right.

Other Thoughts: I dealt with the noise by using speedfan. For some reason on my mobo you have to use the signal from pwm1 and 3. pwm1 below 40% would cut out the fan, and pwm3 controls the overall fanspeed.

After some fiddling, I got the fan to run at 1200 rpm at idle. It's very tolerable at that speed.

5 out of 5 eggsjeez a little too much

Pros: what can I say, I wanted over kill, and that is what I got!

I have had these fans for over a year on a water raidiator for over a year still work perfect. Get a fan control that 30watt or the fans will not run at full rpm!

Cons: If I had a complaint it would be, the fans whin real bad if they are not up against, like a raidiator or something like that. Not a big issue, I knew they would be loud

Other Thoughts: Dont be dumb and stick a finger in it.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Fans

Pros: Moves lots of Air, great static pressure, more than fans that come with H80. Keeps i7 very cool with H80 cooler both at idle and under load. Not louder than fans that come with the unit at least under normal use.

Cons: None, work as advertised.

Other Thoughts: Don't get your finger in them or let small children near them unless you intend to go the ER. Can be loud under load but is to be expected with these fans. You need to use a 4 pin Y connector to the motherboard CPU header and the use the other header for the H80 pump. Bought mine elsewhere as Newegg never seems to keep them in stock. shame they're good fans.

3 out of 5 eggsOne for Two

Pros: Blows - a lot of air.

Cons: Bought two - one doesn't feed speed data to the MB, had to RMA one of them. Also, these are loud even at lower speeds.

Other Thoughts: So loud I decided not to use them. But the posts here warned of that.

5 out of 5 eggsso fast it can shave skin

Pros: Let me tell you a story about this fan:
I wanted to test it the minute i got it but could not install it (i had to purchase a adapter for PWM to 3 pin for my fan controller) so i plugged it in (to my h100 not my fan controller) and held it in my hand. I stupidly and accidentally slightly touched my knuckle with the blade and it literally shaved of my skin.

I purchased this fan to move air, and it does...ALOT! great fan, its relatively thin, nice, and looks like its built to last. i recommend this fan to anyone who needs to cool their rad to the extreme (which i plan on doing) or if you wanna make sure your case is cool. either way, great fan and good price too.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect for adding oomph to my air-cooled system

Pros: -Extremely quiet even at high speeds
-Moves a lot of air
-Looks good: no ugly colors, no LEDs (although that's a personal preference)
-Seems to be a very sturdy build. Will see with more time.

Cons: None!

Other Thoughts: I needed another fan in my Antec 1200 case for the side panel to help cool my graphics card. This fit perfectly, and I like that it doesn't use those 4-pin Molex connectors. I don't have to stretch some big cord through my case just to plug it in. No, instead I can just hook this right into the motherboard, which also makes it easier to open up the side panel when I need to dust.
