5 out of 5 eggsGreat waterblock, or greatest waterblock?

Pros: Good, solid block. Proper mounting hardware. No leaks. Solid fit. The light matches my case color scheme. Fantastic heat transfer.

Cons: Having to break out the soldering iron to shut off the flashing was annoying, but not as annoying as figuring out how to pop the cover off the circuitry. Still not enough for -1 egg though.

Other Thoughts: My box will idle around 23C on this on a cool day, and sits around 30C carrying a normal desktop CPU load for my work. Used to have this i7 920 at 4GHz, and core temps (NOT overall processor temp) never went over 70C with this block.

This was my first waterblock purchase, and I cannot recommend this product highly enough.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Product

Pros: I must have gotten a new version of it, because the blue ring around the waterblock stays lit instead of pulsing by default. It looks really nice in my case with the blue ring light and the shiny silvery metal its made of. The barbs that come with are pretty good too. I haven't had any leaks in the 3 or so months that iv'e owned it. Comes with an AMD bracket that will fit AM2 AM2+ and AM3 processors, as well as the Intel socket 775. I can't tell you the temp difference because i used it on a dual core cpu that had stuck temp sensors, however i had it running at 4ghz with no problem. If you want to see this in a case turned on, search dragnslyr648 on YT, watch the pc setup 2 video.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Had to plug the led power connector (3 - pin) into a fan connector because my motherboards cpu power connector was a 4 pin, not a problem with the product, it was my motherboard.

5 out of 5 eggsi made this

Pros: very solid, and trustworthy. bigger then it look in the pictures. i got it for a water cooling system i put togethor.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: the pump i used with this was a home depo pond water pump, 130 Gallons Perhour. for 20 buckets!!, the cheapest water pump i could find that was meant for computers was 60. it's actually quieter then the fans. i was kind of worried because i got the pump then i was worried about a waterblock that could handle it. needless to say it worked better then i hoped. here are the results

AMD 955 BEX4
BEFORE
3.8 GHz idle 38c, full load 54c
AFTER
4.0GHZ idle 32c, full load 39c
but i also put a transmission radiator between the pump and the block. and i had 220mm fan on top of it.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat block, great price

Pros: Cheap in its class
Attractive finish
Feels like it was made by a car designer in the 50s (heavy, lots of chrome, round in the right places)

Cons: it will not fit on my house and water cool my house in the summer

Other Thoughts: I wish the LED came in different colors and had a choice of being always on, dim, bright, fade in/out, etc. Soldering iron fixed the color problem.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat block

Pros: Very effective, great price. Cost much less than other so called high end blocks and works just as well if not better.

Cons: None really.

Other Thoughts: I run this block on it own loop with a 920 overclocked to 4Mhz and the idle temp is 30-32C and about 52C after 2 hours on Prime95.

5 out of 5 eggsworking great

Pros: looks good,well made,easy install.i`ve a msi k9a2 am2+ mobo&ph II940,didnt have to pull mobo,no leaks.at stock 3ghz sits at 31-32c(cores)at3.8ghz(1.46vltz) maxes at 46c.gives more room to oc !

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: comes with backplate for am2 boards,if you can get away without having to use it(like me)the install is a breeze.and i only have basic comp knowledge.this block dropped idle temps 4-5 deg celcius and load temps 7-8 deg celcius over my last cpu water block.worth every penny.and as always fast(2 days)newegg shipping!

4 out of 5 eggsHigh quality good product.

Pros: Its construction is fantastic, the block itself is well disigned and put together flawlessly, it cools A phenom 940 very well and is quiet. also looks good inside the case. the mounting bracket system used is a very good disign and makes for no removal of motherboard to exchange to remove the block.

Cons: The led light in the center of the waterblock is a cool feature but the issue with it is its a strobe light..... I personally cannot stand Bright flashing lights so it got turned off quickly.

Other Thoughts: there isn't much room for improvement on this certaing waterblock. It's well put together and does its job well.
