Great units
- Pros: It's a UPS, you plug it in and it works for x mins like it should so it is pretty hard to have additional bells and whistles. Vertical or Rack mounting without order extra parts. The price.
- Cons: The odds of the front cover getting broken in transit is about 100% in my case. It's not that it's packaged poorly, there is a lot of padding around the unit. Problem is that the front plastic cover extends to the edge of the unit so its between the 70+ lb unit and the padding which equals being smashed.
- Other Thoughts: After having some lackluster performance from another big name/expensive UPS maker I started using Cyberpower units. Workstation size up to their 3000VA unit on our servers and I'm very happy with them.

- Pros: Very Nice, very happy with these. Contrary to what one of the previous people said it does document the required recepticle in many places (even has a picture) and if he understood ohms law at all he would have realized that a standard 15 amp outlet cannot drive any UPS of this power. Nice software, nice features looks great works great, what else could you ask??

- Pros: Lots of power, nice monitoring software, price. Cyberpower's RMA process is great.
- Cons: First one arrived DOA.
- Other Thoughts: Don't RMA this to Newegg, they will make you pay shipping. Cyberpower will cover this.
