- Pros: Very Nice, very happy with these. Contrary to what one of the previous people said it does document the required recepticle in many places (even has a picture) and if he understood ohms law at all he would have realized that a standard 15 amp outlet cannot drive any UPS of this power. Nice software, nice features looks great works great, what else could you ask??

- Pros: Lots of power, nice monitoring software, price. Cyberpower's RMA process is great.
- Cons: First one arrived DOA.
- Other Thoughts: Don't RMA this to Newegg, they will make you pay shipping. Cyberpower will cover this.

- Other Thoughts: I bought an adapter for 15 dollars that lets this plug into a true "standard outlet". Just be sure that you won't pull more than 15A, or that the circuit breaker is rated at 20A or higher for fire safety.
