Pros: Pretty cool looking. Plenty of power. Like the display. Fast Shipping as always!!!
Cons: Did not come with a USB cable or free software to shut down my server. Most UPS units at leat come with a software to shut down or close programs before lost of power. No monitoring Software. I plugged in a usb cable and my server did not detect anything. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I would have given 5 eggs, but it didn't come with cable or software. Not new eggs fault.

Pros: 1) Big battery = long run time 2) Overall happy with the product
Cons: 1) Sensitivity is adjustable by potentiometer on the back of the unit. I would rather see this a software adjustment.
Other Thoughts: It didn't come with the CD to install the software. Directions say to visit the website. This is fine because it forces you to get the latest version of the software but selecting the right software via the website is rather confusing.
