Pros: Decent price point, usually good quality from Eaton.

Cons: This unit was dead on arrival. Unfortunately, the equipment that was to be connected to it was delayed, so it was not unboxed within 30 days of invoice, thus I will have to go through the manufacturer to (hopefully!) get it replaced.

Other Thoughts: I have owned 10+ UPSes over the years and this is the first one I've ever had that failed to power up new out of the box. I currently own 5 Eaton/Powerware/Best units, and I've always been pleased with their quality and support, so hopefully this is just an anomaly. And yes, I did connect the battery plug before attempting to power up.
