Great UPS, Not So Great Software
Pros: Battery life is amazing. I have a powerful server running on it and when it's the only thing connected the battery life goes up to about 80-90 minutes without the screen plugged in. With my powerful laptop and another desktop plugged in the battery life is still over half an hour.
Cons: While I'm sure the software is great for Windows systems, my server runs on Centos 64 bit Linux. Most of the software is made to work only on linux and I tried loading the linux version of powerchute but it absolutely will not detect the UPS.
Other Thoughts: If I had to do it over I'd still have gotten this product. I'm very happy with it aside from the software disappointment.

Good features for the cost
Pros: This comes with PowerChute and a cable included. It has a display on the front so you can view the load, estimated runtime, state of the battery, etc. The runtime is reasonable for the cost.
Cons: This wasn't a con for me, but the software has a server component and a client or agent component - iirc.
Other Thoughts: I am using this for a notebook and monitor for remote work and don't want to install any software on it. I was going to install PowerChute just to get an idea how much of a load I have, but didn't want to have to set up a PowerChute server. Having the display with a menu gave me exactly what I need.
