Bush Furniture Signature WC26620-03 Birmingham Collection Desk & Hutch - Harvest Cherry

Pros: I had earlier wrote about the delay in delivery of the item i ordered through new egg from Bush industries. The wrong item was delivered to my house. I called up the Bush industries and also New egg and i am happy with the customer service of both Bush industries and New egg because they promptly arranged for a swap delivery of removing the earlier delivered item and bringing home my original ordered item. They delivered the correct item to my house before christmas.

Cons: The delivery of the item was delayed but i am happy Bush industries and New egg together were able to resolve the isssue promptly and deliver the hutch & desk promptly before christmas

Pros: Extremely solid piece of furniture. I will add to this review when it is fully assembled.

Cons: BEWARE!!! This whole desk ships in one flat box. It weighs 195 lbs. Delivery company comes with only one person unless you spring for the 170.00 White glove delivery upgrade. Don't be caught off guard like I was and be here alone basic delivery is only to your front door. Have people there to help you move it. It was almost too much for myself and the truck driver to move. Driver was cool enough to at least help me slide it into the living room.

Other Thoughts: Bush really needs to pack the hutch in a box and the desk in a box. Split up the weight somewhat so this thing can be moved around easier. One box is ridiculous.
