Pros: Great product. This is the 2nd time I have ordered this product. It has arrived in great condition in only 2 days. Definitely would order again.

Pros: None.

Cons: Broken when I took it out of the box. Face frame is not square, so the drawers cannot open at all, numerous dents and dings, broken welds and damaged body.

Other Thoughts: One would be better off buying a much cheaper model from a local office supply store that would actually work than to wait to receive this one and then be told it cannot be returned, irrespective of how worthless it is.

This is my first bad experience with NewEgg. The few times I have had a problem, it has been fixed immediately without issue, but this experience is so bad, I cannot help but take my business elsewhere in the future, since NewEgg is letting bad items like this ship.
