I bought one of these last year.  So long as you select the "4GB/500GB" and not the "No Memory/No Hard Drive" configuration, your unit will come with 4GB of RAM and a 500GB hard disk drive (not solid state).

Is the Zotac ZBOX-MA320-P AMD...a complete computer?

Yes.  You also need a monitor of your choosing, a keyboard and mouse, but everything else regarding hardware is inside.

This computer does not come with an operating system.  This computer runs Ubuntu 14.04 without issue, I've not tried any version of Windows on it, and I never plan to.

Does this product come with Windows already installed?

This does not come with windows installed. I believe they did this to save customers from the migraine / nightmare of Windows 8.x and I really appreciate that this came WITHOUT it.

The spec shows 4BG included and the MB has 2 slots.

The specs are all over the place.  Under Features (and in the product description), it clearly has a 500 GB hard drive installed.  Under Hard Drives, it says one is not installed.  Under Audio, it also says no hard drive is installed (and where is the audio info?).  Looking to upgrade an older ZBOX-HD-ID11-URT model, but the ultra sloppy specs here may have me looking elsewhere.

Can someone please update this product listing?
